If you have noisy neighbors then you will be able to hear them quite well. Luckily ours were pretty quiet after 23:00 so it didn't bother us at night. The road in front of the apartments is regularly used, so be mindful of that while walking because there isn't a pedestrian path.

The property is very well located if you want to spend your days at Livadia beach and your evenings in the centre of Parikia. The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. We didn't use the small kitchen for cooking, but it seemed to be well stocked with pans and cutlery. The staff was very helpful and kind. The one or two minor issues we had were quickly taken care of. Definitely a place to recommend and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely studio apartment a short walk from Parikia port, friendly owners who gave us some great recommendations of beaches towns and the most idillic restaurants to visit on this beautiful island. The apartment was a modern style spotlessly clean, we had a balcony and a terrace area to enjoy sitting outside. The owner was very nice and gave us a lift to the port with our luggage.

1. The hairdryer was fixed at the bedroom not in the bathroom, so if someone wanted to sleep had to wait for all others to dry their hair. 2. There was no privacy on balcony

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was extremely clean with fresh cleaning and towels every day. Very quiet and peaceful and a short 10 minute walk into the town/port and only 3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely stay!

It was all perfect

We loved its central location, walking distance to the port, hustle and bustle of the nightlife and close to restaurants and supermarket. We found a place to park our rental car for our day trips. The place is well maintained equipped with all basic amenities and spotless clean. We loved the balcony for morning coffee and the view overlooking the garden. Highly recommend this place!

The owners were some of the friendliest people we have met, kind enough to let us go straight to our room and pay in the morning as we arrived late from a delayed ferry. Offered great advice and recommendations with maps and bus timetable. The room was lovely and made up so well every morning. Really enjoyed the patio with the table and sun lounger! Such a good location super close to the beach and <15 mins from the port!

Very comfortable apartment with everything one needs for a few days’ stay. Absolutely wonderful hosts, perfect English, very hospitable and pleasant, gave us pretty much a full tour of Paros via a map and great suggestions for activities/sightseeing, beaches, and eateries. Convenience location about 1 km by foot from the main port of Paris.

Very close to the beach and beachfront tavernas and about a 15 minute walk into the winding backstreets of central Parikia. These apartments were spotlessly clean (cleaned thoroughly every day) and were beautifully maintained with lovely spacious surroundings. I would definitely stay here again!
