Everything was perfect .

Where can I start from . Location this hotel benefits form an amazing location with beautiful beach front with many activities. The food is outstanding and there is an aqua park for the kids inside the hotel . You actually do not get bored and don’t need to leave anywhere else . From the moment you arrive there you are treated like a vip that’s the best way it can be described. We were met by the amazing Sofia from guest relations . She honestly made our stay like stars and looked after us from a-z . From planning our trip to looking after us with small details while we are there and available to answer every enquiry 24hours on the phone .She honestly touched our hearts and our kids were in love with the staff and the place . They were crying non stop on the way back home when we left . Sofia is an outstanding person with a warm heart and welcoming personality we can not thank you enough for everything . We honestly can not wait to get back again . Then moving to the rest of the staff the service manager Manos and Michalis from F&B who always welcomed us form their hearts and treated us to the best meals we can ever have in our life . They looked after us with pure warmth and a loving heart . Honestly they made us feel home and loved. This holiday made us feel special and touched our hearts and the hearts of ours kids because of those 3 . It could not be the same without them . These memories will stay with us forever. Thanks to you Manos &Michalis . If there were more than 5 starts I would give this hotel 10 stars and this an unforgettable experience . We can not wait to get back again . This one of the best holidays we ever had . The place it self is luxury and clean with many activities.

First, I’m usually not a reviewer, but I felt like I needed to write something about this place and my experience there. I spent seven impeccable and relaxing days with my wife. This place is absolute heaven. Our room was spotless throughout the stay, the private pool was incredible, and the bed and pillows were the best I’ve slept in. Make sure to try the two restaurants in the resort, the various spots around the pools, and, of course, the beach. As a pro tip, the Guest Relationship team offers its service through WhatsApp, so you can reach out anytime you need anything. Special shout out to Chrysa, Miguel, Yago, Alla, Sofia, Louisiana, and Christina— staff members that we had the chance to meet and made our stay so much more pleasant. ❤️

It was a dream! From A to Z a perfect stay. They treat you like a queen. The breakfast buffet is of highest quality. The rooms are very modern and the beach with the cabanas is beautiful.

The hotel is one of the top we visit ever. The breakfast is exceptional, also the cleanliness is on very high level. Rooms are with Hi-Tec operation (Bluetooth connection to the room's sound system, TV combined with the bathroom's mirror, all lights and curtains are electrically operated...). The staff are very very kindly and welcoming, especially Sofia & Alla which were so charming and for sure part of the amazing experience. We will come again...

The food in the restaurants of this resort are ok but not that perfect like the hotel… I would expect for more interesting dishes and more tastes and options to choose… Especially if that your only option to eat in nearby area.. But the service in the restaurants are amazing!!

The stay was amazing! The rooms was super clean and comfortable The privet pool in the rooms are perfect!! The whole atmosphere in the hotel feels relaxing and magical and the design of the hotel amazing. food prices so absurdly high, sometimes it was double or even triple the prices we pay in nearby restaurants (even the ones that are considered expensive).

We really liked this hotel. The food was fantastic, unbelievable view from the breakfast restaurant, live classic violin playing in the background, The parking was easy, staff were lovely, rooms were sensational. Bedding very comfortable and the bath tub was perfect. Facilities were very clean and quiet.

Nana Princess was simply heaven on earth. The staff seemed like they were all specifically trained to give you an unforgettable experience. Sophia, Chrysa, Mikalis, Angel, Dimetros......every single one of them. The resort is also very luxurious and incredibly fresh.

The staff, the facilities, the food--everything is beyond perfect. Sophia at the front desk and Sophia and Maria at breakfast are the most welcoming and friendliest people I have ever met. They make me feel like family. It just does not get better than Nana P. The breakfast is the best--fresh and delicious and so many options! Beautiful beach for swimming, attentive staff at the beach bar, walking distance to a cute town with cafes and shops, spectacular spa and a comfortable and beautiful room. You will feel like royalty!

Room service food was not the same standard like they other restaurants. We were ordered two times and two times we left all food. Pool water could be warmer, there was option to add degrees but expensive.
