The hotel is located on the main street, hence the noise all day long. I was warned about this. Since I was traveling around the island all the time, it was not a problem. However, if someone wanted to spend most of their time in the hotel, I would not recommend it.

Good location with a sea view. Everything is close - restaurants, shipping agencies, car rentals. Friendly service.

Top location, excellent sea view, very friendly staff, exceed expectations for the money you pay and the above expectations for breakfast. Everything is within walking distance but above all the excellent sea and port view from the balcony. No bar in the town will offer you such views. Worth having your own late afternoon drink watching the sunset from your balcony.

Noise from adjoining rooms was like they were partying in our room. No real noise insulation and the slab floor above passed the noises through very strongly.

Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable and the little balcony had a town view but I'm sure the sea view would have been great. The Staff were very nice and the two Marias on the reception very just lovely and so helpful. Fokas Beach was a 2km easy walk and you could get 2 sunbeds and an umberalla for consuming E25 worth of food and drinks. Great deal and best in the Greece Islands so far.

The room was very small. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the water from the shower was leaking in the rest of the bathroom.

The location of the property is perfect (close to the center). The Breakfast was great and the room was clean. Generally we are very happy from our visit. Tinos is a great Island.

The shower didn’t have a door nor some shower curtain. The A/C was directed right on the bed and the vents couldn’t be adjusted. The bathroom didn’t have any shelves to put cosmetics, toothpaste/brush just the sink on a small supporter.

The breakfast was very good. Had everything, from omelette, to fried eggs, bacon, cereal, vegetables etc. They only had filter coffee, I would of liked if there was a cappuccino machine. The location is excellent. Right on the main road towards the harbour with everything in walking distance.

The clean of the room in our arrival was far from good. The bathroom is too small, specially the shower box. For someone taller then 1,80 is really difficult to take a shower comfortably.

This small hotel is very well located in the city of Chora (Tinos) and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They did more than we asked trying to support us. The breakfast is good.

The balcony doors had very good soundproofing but sadly the rooms weren’t. Everything could be heard in the next rooms including the use of TV very early in the morning.

The rooms are small and sparsely furnished. There is no storage apart from a couple of shelves and a rail with only half a dozen clothes hangers. The bathroom hasn't got anywhere to put anything down and no storage of any kind. The breakfast room is gloomy, noisy and uncomfortable and the food is uninspired, stale and hot items are at best tepid.... cold fried eggs are most unpleasant.

This hotel is well situated in the centre of town, overlooking the harbour. Great views and ideal for watching Tinos life. It's clean and comfortable if a little spartan. The term "Boutique" is a bit optimistic.

Real parking problem. Average breakfast, not bad at all but not great. A bit uncomfortable bed.
