Our room's balcony faced the back side, a patch of tall trees, but there was a stench especially in the afternoon. Also I would like to note here that it would be much better to offer extra pillows and sheets to cover all occasions.

A small double room within walking distance of the port, using stairs. The staff is very helpful and they approved us to check in earlier as well. In the area you can find supermarkets and nice taverns next to the sea to try local dishes. You also have the option of Livadakia beach for a quick dip in the beautiful waters.

Nice little and simple local hotel located in the heart of the town, with the perfect location between beaches, restaurants and a 5 min walk to the port. Great views too. Super friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better. The rooms are simple but super clean and recently refurbished. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to the island.

The AC unit was a bit tired - it kept the temperature in the room OK but had to be left on for quite some time to really work. Sometimes in the evening if guests arrived late you could hear noise from the lobby into the rooms. Not a dealbreakers by any means - these are just small picky details. :)

Absolutely lovely place to stay while in Serifos! The people running the Hotel are fantastic and the staff made sure that you were well looked after. The hotel itself has a lovely view of the bay and is located just next to the port. The breakfast that was served was massive and delicious. One of the better stays I've had during my island hopping trip.

Everything was good. Nothing to complain.

I liked the Room, big enough for 1 person, with a very smart bathroom, the small balcony on the port, and the position, very close to the port and to the bus stops. Very good value for money. But the best thing was the lady at the reception in the morning: very nice, helpful and friendly. Thank you, lady!

Very good location and great people! The room was clean and had a nice view to the terrace. The hotel was situated in a very convenient location, steps away from the beach and the stores and restaurants. The people were very kind and helpful. They reached out before we arrived to plan for the room preparation and was in constant contact with us for everything we needed. We will definitely prefer to stay there again in our next visit to Serifos!

Only minor gripes are that the room was located on the ground floor, behind the reception area and I was often disturbed by noise from other guests coming & going (not the fault of the hotel but for the entirety of my stay, minor construction work was being carried out to the property next door which further disturbed me). The terrace, was situated immediately adjacent to the main entrance into reception & so offered no privacy from other guests coming & going.

The property is perfectly located for access to the village & port. Pleasant room which was spotlessly clean (and cleaned each day of my 3 night stay). Plenty of hot water, decent shower, good wi-fi, A/C & TV (not used). Small terrace with table & chairs.

I think this was one my best stays in Greek islands! I found the room very comfortable, modern bathroom and the mattress was good too. I liked the owner too and her friendliness. Was able to have a shower before departure and keep the room a bit later. Also there is a nice beach just 100 meters away and all the necessary services on the other side.

Beautiful structure in an excellent location, just a short distance from the port, the center of Livadi, and Livadakia beach. Lovely terrace with sea view. The lady who manages the structure is extremely kind and helpful! We had a wonderful stay!

Would have loved a kettle to make tea. Fridge there and hairdryer but only complaint. I was in single bed and comfy - friend found double bit firmer mattress.

Great stay! Did a mama mia impression with a wheelie bag up the stairs when could have gone up the road on the other side and then would clearly have seen Hotel Naias on the side of the building. Greeted with orange juice and water which was welcome after the ferry. Helpful information and huge plus able to leave bags in the room until catching ferry. Went out swimming and offered coffee and juice on return, perfect before walking down to the bakery (few minutes away) for a pastry! Super shower and can dry clothes on the balcony!

Really nice hotel near the port, where you can find lots of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of Livadi and the Chora from the balcony. There’s a parking nearby, if you rent a car. The lady who own the hotel was really nice, kind and helpful and allowed me to check-out late in the afternoon. I hope to come back soon.

We had an excellent time at Naias. The hotel was quiet and clean, very nice. Great location, in a lovely little town. The host was very accomodating, and very nice. We appreciated the bottle of wine too!

Our balcony was a little on the small side but there was a large communal terrace as an alternative.

Comfortable hotel with a great view of the Chora and within a few minutes walk of the harbour with all its tavernas and bars, and the port. Very helpful staff. It was a treat to find a bottle of wine left by the host for us to enjoy.

Mattress rather hard. Fridge on the small side (could not hold a big water bottle standing up). Shower old-fashioned, but okay.

Good location, easy to reach from the port by walking. Wonderful view from the room over the bay (we had a triple room for two). Friendly lady in charge, offering complimentary coffee, wine, fruit (no tea and coffee making facilities). Livadaki Beach also in walking distance.

The only thing I would change is the shower curtain. It was a bit short and the water was coming out even if you were careful. Everything else was great.

The location was great and our room had an amazing view of the port and chora. The stuff was very accommodating and they cleaned our room daily.
