The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the good beach places, especially if you are without a car. The food was tasty but not very diverse, especially if you stay for a week or more.

We stayed for a second time in a roll here, no issues at all. We noticed much of the staff was the same as the previous year which speaks for itself.

The secluded quiet location, the pool area, the kid's playground are absolute positives of the hotel for us. The room was clean, spacious, we were provided with a baby cot as requested. Bathroom was convenient for visiting with a small kid (not slippery etc.).

The rooms are large with brand new furniture. Extremely clean. We had a pool in the room which was bigger than expected. The pool is spotlessly clean. The staff responded to all our wishes. We were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely visit the hotel again.

A bit far from the beach, like a good 10-12 min of walk from it and also food and drinks from the bar a bit pricey but is something you can live with compared with all the good parts

Almost everything was good, starting from the main pool which had enough sunbeds(there also a pool for children),it was big enough. The staff was super friendly,willing to help you with any problem and always smiling. Everyday the room was cleaned, towel changed and all sort of cleaning stuff. Food was also good, chicken/pork/fish almost everyday, salads, sides( maybe not enough cakes if ask me) but over all you had enough food to choose. Also a big plus for the child playgrounds, lot of activities for the little ones and a lot of green space arround of the hotel. It is perfect for a family holiday.

We booked a room with a private pool, and we really enjoyed that. The hotel is clean, and the staff is helpful and polite. There is a kids pool and a playground with trampolines and an inflatable castle, which makes life with kids a lot easier. The service in the pool bar is good. Breakfast is good too, with many choices.

It is very far away from the town and the beach. The only way to get there is by car.

It had a nice kept big pool with a bar as well as a very good breakfast. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and in perfect condition. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel had a nice big parking lot.

The most inconvenient for us were the sea beaches around and the evening atmosphere in Paralia: just like an old bazar selling shitty things. We had breakfast and dinner included, but I regret I chose dinner included. I didn't like most of the options I had. For breakfast: the coffee from the coffee machine is terrible and there is no possibility to have a decent coffee until pool bar is not opened. In the pancakes area I would recommend you to also have the possibility to have omelets.

The personal was nice and ready to help. It was clean.

The room had a very unpleasant smell of mold and humidity. During the night, water started to flow from the ceiling of the apartment above. We informed the reception staff and they said that it was the first time it happened, but from the stains from the wall you could tell that it was not true.

Very well maintained facilities (pool, playground), cleanliness and very very kind stuff! (Especially Ms. Eva at the pool bar and Ms. Silvia at the restaurant). Great value for money! Highly recommendable!

On some nights there were children roaming around in middle of the night, we had to call the reception but they were helpless. So the hotel is not the quietest one. Bring some ear plugs.

Good pool, children's playground, outside of city and beach line, so it is quiet. Parking is good and looks safe. Breakfast was really good and diverse.

The dinner food in the hotel needs improvement, semifinished's have no place there. Greeks have wonderful traditional cuisine that deserves to be well presented, guests would be charmed having it.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The pool area is great, and the food at the bar was top. Breakfast was fairly good, though the same every morning. Rooms were cleaned every day. The location is also good, 10 min walk to the center.

lack of reaction of employees to the screams of German guests after midnight

one of the best hotels in this town. New and clean. Spacious rooms. They lent an iron at my request. great food, fresh and tasty! delicious dessert in a small container. free parking at the hotel. nice pool area. everything was fine, but the German guests were making noise at night after drinking alcohol and woke everyone up.

We left 20 minutes before breakfast time, and they refused to let us pick few crossaints that where there for our kid due to hotel procedures. Only at the end they gave 3 small ones.

I would like to acknowledge how kind was the staff in general but especially Albanian maintenance guy.
