The location of the property was very convenient, the view was amazing and the staffs were super nice and helpful. Especially Katarina, she is just amazing! Super helpful, she recommended great places to eat, and gave us very useful tips. She was always ready to help, and her comments were always valuable.

There is absolutely NOTHING you could not like in this hotel

In short: This is truly the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Great location, beautiful hotel, and most importantly AMAZING caring and kind STAFF!! In details: First of all I, by accident, booked the hotel for the wrong date and found out about it in what that day was half way in, but hotel staff was so kind and they allowed me to change the date, even though my reservation did not allow any changes. When we arrived Katerina has treated us with warmth and respect made us feel really special. She gave us great recommendations on places to visit. Also she allowed us early check in since we arrived at 8 am. She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, Katerina treated us as we are a family. And she let us check out late because we had late flight. Katerina was also sooo kind to my daughter that she did not even want to leave. Hotel is very modern, new, clean, and stylish. Location is also great in center of everything yet in a quiet street so you don’t hear people parting all night long. Dimitri was also extremely nice and helpful, did everything for us to make us feel special. Even the cleaning lady, unfortunately I don’t know her name, was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, you truly made this trip unforgettable! We felt like home. People like these make you want to come back and ONLY stay with them

I booked the room based on the photos and description online which showed a larger veranda with a hammock but upon arrival my room was a small space with just room for 2 chairs.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yalos Hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. One standout staff member, Katerina, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. When we accidentally left my wife's hat behind as we were leaving for our flight back to Santorini, Katerina moved mountains to ensure the hat was returned to us. She personally made the effort to sent the hat to us in Santorini, and we are incredibly grateful for her exceptional care and dedication. Katerina, we adore you for what you did! The hotel itself was fantastic. It was impeccably clean, conveniently located close to the sea, and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants, making it the perfect hub for experiencing the local scene. The service at the hotel was top-notch - always attentive, friendly, and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room at the Yalos Hotel was a gem. It offered an amazing view, was spotlessly clean, and provided a very comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Waking up to such a view made our stay all the more special.
