Everything was perfect.

Everything, especially the host. Irene, was super nice, very welcoming and kind. She picked us up and dropped us off at the new port. She offered to keep our luggage so we can spend the last day in Mykonos. Honestly, the best hostess that I've had on Booking.

Just that it is Mykonos which is overpriced. But these rooms are very adequate and the lovely family makes up for the fact that their 100 euro a night very basic rooms cost double the price of similar rooms on far nicer islands. And indeed these are the lowest priced rooms one can find on Mykonos so the price is fair.

The apartment and the attention of Irene was very good, pending and kindly at every moment, she recommended us a spectacular Greek party that was a unique experience of Mykonos. She helped us to rent a car and made it easy for us to carry our luggage.

The location is up hill. You need to have a good Fitness. Otherwise you need a car/motorbike to going up. But for me it was a good exercise. Maybe not to everybody.

Irene is fantastic. She picked up us from the port for free. She drove us down to the beach. Shes there with us if we needed help. She offered transport all the time. The view on the balcony was amazing. Clean rooms. Close to the port and to the beach agios Stefanos. There restaurants in the area.

It need to do 10 min walk from the bus station to the rooms.

Everything was very nice. The lady was very kind. She helped us taking a ride from the new port to the hotel and back. I highly recommend Mykonos Rooms.

Amazing host! Irene and her sister are the owners of the property and they are taking care of the smallest details. We stayed for a longer time there and our room has been cleaned everyday. The location is awesome. One of the Best views in Mykonos. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I have travelled quite a lot before, and I have never met such a wonderful, caring and amazing property owner. Irene picked us up AT THE AIRPORT (!!) when otherwise we would have to wait an hour and a half for the bus, she allowed us an early check in since we arrived earlier, she upgraded us to an apartment instead of a room, she answered all of our questions regarding recommendations about where on the island to go, where to eat, what to do… everyday, there was bottled water waiting for us, on our last day she even gave us nectarines and the salt she gathers on the island. Truly an amazing experience. I would recommend it to anyone going to Mykonos.

We loved this place because, unlike most accommodations in Mykonos these days, characterless and aiming for a trendy brand of luxury to appeal to the (well heeled) masses, Mykonos Rooms stays true to its Cycladic roots. It’s such a relief to see that such places still exist, with people who put tradition and authenticity over lust for profit. This place is very clean, and simple. The views are great, over the new harbour and the sea (we can see Tinos and Syros in the horizon). It’s very affordable, even in high season, and excellent value for money. And most importantly, the owner (and the staff) are truly fantastic!
