The apartments are located on the hill right above the Mykonos New Port. When we arrived to the port, Google Maps where showing 18 min walk but in the end it was more like half an hour so if you're reaching Mykonos by ferry, you should definitely contact the owner Irene to pick you up/sort out taxi. The closest tavern is 5 min walk from the Rooms, beach and bus stop are both 7-8 min walk. Then it's 10 min bus ride to the city of Mykonos so you can easily get there in 20 min total. We got a big room with the balcony and shared terrace with the fantastic view. The bathroom was simple yet beautiful and everything was clean during our stay. The best thing about Mykonos Rooms is definitely the owner of the property, the goddess Irene, the walking example of Greek hospitality. <3 She was super-helpful during our stay and we were also given a beautiful gift. We would be satisfied with everything else anyway but Irene was the sun who made our stay feel really special. Also, the cat lovers will be very satisfied here. (•ㅅ•)

The view was amazing. Irine is a great person, she helped us many times with the transportation until we booked our ATV. The place is 10 mins to the center by the car but it's worth driving because the view of the road is really good. There are many really good places nearby to eat and drink. They cleaned the room every day providing clean towels. I travelled a lot but never met with such a lovely property owner before. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a calm place.

Everything was perfect.

Everything, especially the host. Irene, was super nice, very welcoming and kind. She picked us up and dropped us off at the new port. She offered to keep our luggage so we can spend the last day in Mykonos. Honestly, the best hostess that I've had on Booking.

Just that it is Mykonos which is overpriced. But these rooms are very adequate and the lovely family makes up for the fact that their 100 euro a night very basic rooms cost double the price of similar rooms on far nicer islands. And indeed these are the lowest priced rooms one can find on Mykonos so the price is fair.

The location is up hill. You need to have a good Fitness. Otherwise you need a car/motorbike to going up. But for me it was a good exercise. Maybe not to everybody.

Irene is fantastic. She picked up us from the port for free. She drove us down to the beach. Shes there with us if we needed help. She offered transport all the time. The view on the balcony was amazing. Clean rooms. Close to the port and to the beach agios Stefanos. There restaurants in the area.

I have travelled quite a lot before, and I have never met such a wonderful, caring and amazing property owner. Irene picked us up AT THE AIRPORT (!!) when otherwise we would have to wait an hour and a half for the bus, she allowed us an early check in since we arrived earlier, she upgraded us to an apartment instead of a room, she answered all of our questions regarding recommendations about where on the island to go, where to eat, what to do… everyday, there was bottled water waiting for us, on our last day she even gave us nectarines and the salt she gathers on the island. Truly an amazing experience. I would recommend it to anyone going to Mykonos.
