We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesVERY small details like nowhere to hang your towels in bathroom and soap/shampoo dispensers were not full. Also you get only 2 Nespresso capsules … a few more would have been nice!
The location is FANTASTIC! Amazing restaurants literally steps away!! Sound proofing in the room was great so even tho it faces a busy pedestrian street … hardly any noise heard inside! Very spacious room!!

It was right in the centre of Mykonos town, could not fault the room , daily housekeeping. We are a couple in our 60’s with heavy luggage and we were on the first floor, and the lovely Anna carried our luggage up to it and they also organised for someone to take our luggage down when we were leaving to the taxi pick up spot. We had a problem with fridge and a new one was delivered and they put 4 beers in it for us. Perfect accommodation and hosts. They also organised transport to and from the port

United KingdomYou can hear club like music in the room quite late at night. I am not too great getting to sleep with any noise, but with earplugs, you couldn't hear the music at all. I would stay here again.
It was a beautiful room. Very clean, we were able to check in early and, after check out, could leave our bags on the property. The balcony was so nice to spend our mornings and evenings on. We came just before the summer season started so it wasn't too busy, loud or crowded. Great location, close to all the shops and restaurants and public transport.

United StatesCheck in is rough. We showed up without realize no one on site to check us in. We do not have international cell phone abd have no way to contact administrator. I used Booking.com message attempt to contact the manager but no response. Fortunately we ask the store clerk downstairs for help and she called manager for us received key location. I think this operation should improve check in process and leave a detailed check in instruction to guests if no one on site.

SwitzerlandFor us young couple this was not a problem at all. But please note that cars do not circulate in the city center, so you have to walk a bit down the slope to reach the hotel with some stairs on the way.
The location is right at the old town center. Perfect for enjoying the bars, restaurants and shopping. We stayed one night. The room was big and comfortable. The host (Christine) was super helpful with organizing our late arrival to Mykonos and our transfer from airport and then to the port on our departure, and very accommodating to the late notice change in our boat schedule. We could also store our bags after check out so we could enjoy a bit more the town.

The location was just perfect. Mykonos Gem is very well located, with a huge range of restaurants, bars, clubs, bakeries, stores nearby. The bedroom which we stayed was super clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing and the bed was really good. The host also was very friendly and supportive when needed. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. I would stay there again.

we loved this location! it first started out great as we let our host know very last minute that we would be arriving at the port and she still organised the driver to come and pick us up straight away. we got to the hotel easily and loved the room. the bathroom was big and clean, the shower was great. the bedroom was also big and spacious and the bed was sooo comfortable! the location is amazing - so close to little venice, windmills, bars, restaurants and shops. couldn’t have got a better place

It's very close to little venice and windmills. I was there during winter and most places are closed, but from this hotel you can find some open restaurants easily. Christine also very helpful, she recommends a good resto for dinner nearby. I love my stay there.
