Thanos was phenomenal and very pleasant to work with. Tarik was absolutely terrible with bad customer service skills. He was rude, assuming and overall not helpful when inquiring about possible transportation options. His attitude needs to be adjusted significantly and needs to be humbled. The hotel is nice but he will be the downfall of this place. The fact that he’s comfortable in responding to customers with “what ever” just goes to show how little he cares.

Our airconditioner didn't really cool down our room whereas the other room we booked was so cold and nice after our trips under the scorching sun. Also the receptionist guy was a bit unfriendly and moody. like whenever we ask him questions in the afternoon where the lady isn't there anymore, he just gives us vague answer and didn't really feel like helping.. but maybe he just had a bad day (all 4 days :( )

I like that it was modern, pretty and aesthetic. The receptionist lady was so sweet to accommodate us everyday.

Though they provided breakfast the choice was limited and especially for a seven night stay. A simple solution would have been to have a fruit salad to go along with the cereals and yogurt option. Cheese, meat and olives were offered also with bread.

Away from from the hustle & bustle of Mykonos. Mykonaki Hotel is a five min walk to the village of Ano Mera the local village. There is a bus which is €2 one way which departs approximately every 30min. The village has everything you need for lunch or dinners and you can enjoy Mykonos town for an easy day trip or night out. Taxis approximately €30-40 one way.

EVERYTHING! Especially the staff, Marlena was an amazing hostess! As well as everyone else, I felt safe and right at home! The hotel is well taken care of it’s really a 5 star hotel at this point. It looks beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are spotless, modern and well conditioned. It’s really just amazing!

The pool bar is open until 3pm only, it would be nice to have extended availability, at least during summer. The breakfast offering is not bad but limited, maybe more options of fruit would make it better.

Beautiful hotel, with clean very comfortable room. We had great stay there in a room for three people, the pool area is nice and we even used the gym, It is a small one but good enough to keep you active. The staff is great and very kind.

In our opinion the beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast is very basic, they could improve it a lot with simple things like adding fruit, vegetables and a toaster. In any case it is a very nice place to stay.

The staff is really nice, sweet and friendly. The hotel is very nice, new, near to a village with many good restaurants. It is new and it is very clean.

The hotel is modern, clean and well presented. The receptionist and breakfast staff are friendly and happy to help with a smile. The receptionist recommended amazing beaches for snorkelling. The hotel is a five minute walk from Ano Mera square. We needed a car here to access beaches. The pool is clean and the lounges comfy. Lovely for a dip after the beach. The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

Breakfast is very limited. No toilet facilities or a shower by the pool. Kitchen could be better equipped by adding bowls and knives.

Great location to explore the island from, clean, nice swimming pool and comfortable bed. Staff was very kind with good restaurant suggestions and allowing us to use a shower after check out.

The whole place was very clean and neat. The room was very clean too and very spacious especially taking the average capacity of the rooms in Mykonos into account. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Very reasonable price as well.

All was OK.. no negative comments

The People.. Vaggelis, Tonya and Maria Elena were really kind with us . The check in time is from 8:00 but my ferry was delayed and Vaggelis (the hotel manager) woke up at 6am in order to help me with the check in and gave me very useful reccomendations to manage the situation. Excellent attitude!!

Some of the basement rooms are very dark as they have no windows so would avoid.

Hotel was new and clean. Everything you need. We had a kitchenette in our room and a nice balcony. Location is out the way and you need a car. Hotel gave us a room to have a shower and get changed in when we had to check out but our flight wasn't until late.

It was just like in the photos, it was in a good place, with markets and coffe shops and everything, there were nice beaches around. But you need a car to go to places. In 15 min you were at the center of Mykonos. The blondie lady at the reception was soo nice and very helpful with everything, explaning us everything.

The location made it long to go places, there are buses though and if you have international driver's license you can rent a quad or a motorbike

Thebuilding was really beatiful and the facilities were all clean and nice, the neighberhood was quiet and there was a supermarket close along with some restaurants so it was comfortable and quiet, and really beatiful experience for mikonos <3
