Everything was on Point. The best place i stayed in Mykonos.

The breakfast was very large ( omelette, fruits, breads, olives), tea, coffee, Juice. The pool was very big, and a stunning view on Mykonos. The service and kindness of Georgios and his colleague, they also helped me to film good photos and videos. Georgios, was amazing to me he recommended a lot of places in Mykonos and Made me feel welcommed and happy. He was always trying to help me and to Understand what i needed. He talked to me and advised me a lot during my stay in Mykonos. He even helped me booked last minute on a saturday night a car to Bring me to cavo paradisio. He is Always positive and knows everything about Mykonos.Cant wait to go Back at Mylonos Crown Suite.

One small criticism was our arrival. We booked a transfer with the hotel but out flight was delayed by 2 hours. When we arrived the hotel were busy with other transfers and requested we get a taxi from the airport. They do not monitor your flight so you need to directly tell them if you are delayed. The Taxi queue at the airport was very long and so I contacted the hotel again. The manager at the hotel was able to book another local taxi and sent it to the airport to pick us up to avoid a long wait. I would suggest that you make sure you have the hotel contact details and communicate any delays immediately to the hotel so that they can rearrange transport.

Room was large and spacious with a large walk in shower and large flat screen TV. Excellent Wifi in room and in hotel grounds. Room was always very clean. Large patio area directly off room with an outside sofa, breakfast table and plenty of beds and seats for sunbathing and a plunge pool for cooling down. Patio area led directly to the main pool up a single small flight of steps which was very convenient. Most days we would have the main pool to ourselves but 2 lovely beaches are 5 minutes drive away. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive and I particularly liked our breakfast being brought to our breakfast table on our patio every morning.

The personal jacuzzis did not feel private as they are visible to the other guests walking about and reception area.

The property had a nice layout and felt intimate since there are only 7 rooms. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious and the general aesthetic pleasing. Desil and George were wonderfully helpful and a joy to speak to. The beach was just a short walk from the hotel and there were some delicious Greek and Italian restaurants near by. The breakfast was served right outside our room which was a nice experience.

Our suggestion would be to make a breakfast list, where every guest can choose the night before what he/she would like to eat in the morning, so a lot of food waste could be prevented.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything from the location to the service was absolutely perfect. We can also confirm that the pictures of the place look exactly the same as in real life! The hotel is located about 20' from the centre of Mykonos and really quiet. Also the beaches near by the hotel are beautiful and only a 5-10' walk from there. We could order breakfast to our room/ balcony every morning, which was pretty awesome. They had a bunch of different things to choose of and really good coffee. But other than that we had a wonderful stay at the Myconian Crown Suites and we would definitely recommend it!

There is hardly anything... but....the sound proofing for the rooms wasn't great as on my last night a family moved into a room behind me and I could hear their baby crying. Outdoor pool in my room could be warmer so you could go in in the evening and not be cold. There could be more sun beds around the pool (I was fine but I can imagine if the hotel is full there wouldn't be enough)

The room was amazing, large bed, nice furniture, the outside terrace was huge and it was lovely to eat breakfast out there in the morning. Outdoor mini pool was cool too. Good aircon and the TV had netflix. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet (no music by the pool so don't expect that) There is a beach nearby which you can walk to which had a good beach club and lovely clear sea.

The Staff, no one offered to help carry our bags, no one would look me in eye, and they were just stand-off ish, I wouldn’t stay again just because of the staff.

The room was spacious and had a hot water boiler which came in handy.

Cons- 1. Hotel noise level: the rooms do not have insulation so you will hear your neighbors. Families with kids, loud music in other rooms at night, furniture moving. You’ll hear it all. 2. Jacuzzi: Mykonos is windy and cold (yes, even in mid-June) so not having a heated jacuzzi was a downside because that’s part of the reason we upgraded to a room with an outdoor personal jacuzzi to still be able to use it during windy cold summer Mykonos days/nights. Despite the employees telling us it was hot and that they turned the heater all the way up, it clearly was not. Preferably say it’s an outdoor pool and don’t mislead guests and then make them feel crazy for asking why the jacuzzi isn’t heated and say “it’s because of evaporation”. On the hot non-windy days, the outdoor pool is good to use. 3. Cleanliness: they did not clean the showers because it was still sandy on the shower floor days after so I had to wipe it down myself. Also we noticed upon arrival that the same sheets we had the first day that had a small stain on the edge of the bed (before we even slept on it) were not changed so we had to take all of the sheets and pillow covers off and put it in a pile by the front door for the bed sheets to be changed. 4. Treatment: we arranged a shuttle pick up with the hotel for 6:00pm (this was the estimated arrival time based on the airline). Well, the airline landed at 6:30 and we had to wait for our luggage so as soon as I got on wifi (no connection on plane and I don’t have an international phone plan) I quickly messaged them to inform them this. Well, clearly the employee from the hotel picking us up was upset about this and was silent the entire ride to the hotel (the complete opposite experience from every other cab ride on the rest of our trip so the silence was very uncommon) then proceeded to very loudly and clearly speak in Greek to the front desk employee who then asked us “so your plane was late?

Pros- 1. Hotel: nice and small if you get a room higher up you’ll definitely get a sea view. Cute little outdoor public bar and dinning area for all guests to use. 2. Room: our room included a jacuzzi and was on the first floor, nicely decorated and spacious with a big shower, couch, desk area, outside patio was so nice 3. Location: outside of the city so not as loud and more spacious with less crowds. However read “hotel noise level” before proceeding. 4. Great breakfast options!
