Through no fault of the hotel, the walk up to the hotel from the town is short, but very steep. Perfect on the way down, but would recommend good footwear or a taxi home.

The pool was beautiful with views stretching out over the bay of Mykonos. It is a great place to watch the sun set, and very closely located to popular bar 180 Sunset, just a 5 minute short walk if you want to enjoy some music as well! The staff were fantastic, so warm and welcoming, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, they even upgraded our room which was such a welcome bonus.

Everything was great at the hotel the only thing I would comment on is that I would have liked a small table or pull out for the expresso machine. I had to place it on the bathroom counter so I can make expresso. Also maybe a full length mirror on the door or somewhere in the room would have been nice. Other than those very minor things, it was an exceptional room!!

The stay at My Mykonos Hotel was amazing! The front staff was very friendly, inviting, and very informative. The hotel itself was gorgeous, from the pool, restaurant/bar, and especially my room. I had a Junior suite with a my own private pool! I loved the way the room was designed and laid out. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff really took care of you. I wished I had more time to spend there at Mykonos!

The room needs hooks/rails inside and outside for drying towels and bikinis. The sink area lacked places to keep your toiletries E.g a shelf or under sink cupboard. More sun beds needed. The coffee pods should be re-filled daily rather than one at the beginning.

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and classy. The food and drinks were really impressive. We really appreciated the free water bottles everyday.

I cannot say anything negative, the whole stay was positive.

It was our first time in Mykonos and before arriving there their lovely staff were already looking after us. They contacted us to check whether we needed a cab to get to the hotel. As soon as we arrived they were super welcoming and helpful. We arrived quite early before check-in time and they made sure we were comfortable preparing some breakfast ( despite arriving after breakfast time ), also allowed us to use the pool until the room was ready. ALL the staff were helpful, approachable and efficient. They looked after us from the moment we got in until the last before we left.
