Perfect location, close to the beach. We loved everything, the food is exceptional, the staff is outstanding, the place it self is a mini paradise. Daily housekeeping, generous and healthy breakfast, can’t fault it at all. We’ll be back for sure!

The hotel was very well equipped and welcoming at all times of the day. The staff were exceptional and the food to die for! It is also very well located, with local shops and restaurants nearby or very close to transport links. Really enjoyed the breakfast every morning, very good quantity and taste just amazing. Had an amazing time at the little “events” put up by the staff, especially on the “Greek traditional” night with dances, live music and great food. Not just a retreat but also a place to socialise and have fun!

Hotel is amazing,people were extremely nice and friendly.Rooms were very clean and spacious.The pool was really nice,clean and the lounge beds were very comfortable.Great variety of options for breakfast that were more than enough for too people. There is a restaurant that works all day and the food is really good as well. You can attend dancing lessons,yoga and there is also a gym and sauna. Location was great,a lot of beaches nearby amd you can also take a bus to Chania from in front of the hotel. Overall,it is the perfect hotel to stay in Crete.I highly recommend it and we would definitely be coming back!

The Mossa hotel was amazing, very highly recommend. We have travelled all over Europe and the customer service here was amazing, extremely accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located just outside of Chania where you don’t have to deal with traffic or busy streets. Right across the street from a park and plenty of running trails as well as 3 different beaches within 5 minute walk. Parking is right out front. The breakfast is delicious and a lot of food. Rooms are large and very clean.

All fantastic!!! Beautiful, exceptionally clean hotel with great location, next to pine-eucaliptus park and three beautiful beaches. Great food with very nice outside dinning area, super breakfasts and fantastic team at the reception: Alex and a young, beautifful lady took a great care of us. I would love to come back to Mossa!

Friendly helpful staff were always available. The setting of the hotel with the bar/ restaurant looking out on to the pool and water feature created a fantastic ambience. The room was spacious and modern in design with a nice balcony overlooking the pool area. We liked the situation of the hotel as it overlooks a park and gives you easy access to several Beaches and local restaurants and also the high street so everything you need is within walking distance. We loved to chill out around the pool and enjoy the sunset with a Pina Colada! We also felt the hotel was ideal for couples and was never too busy so felt more exclusive then larger hotel options.

Absolutely everything!! Has to be the best hotel experience we've had. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Alex and Christos (the owner) whom we met the most.They treat you like family. The location is excellent and the facilities are great. Large comfortable rooms, very clean and lovely pool to top it off! The breakfast was absolutely awesome and we even got to experience some Greek Culture music and dancing :D Such a fun stay and experience overall. Can't wait to be back! Thank you so much to all you guys for making our stay the best ❤️

Alex and Ana stood out as we had the most interactions with them but the rest of the staff was great as well; including Cristol (sp?) - the owner.

MOSSA was the most beautiful hotel, our stay was 10/10. We cannot fault the staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need, even organising a beautiful birthday cake for my partner and a lunch box each when we left as we had to check out early morning. The food is fresh and delicious and the room was spacious and spotless! Such a calm and tranquil place to relax.

Not an issue for us but might be for others - no elevators if you have a room on the upper floor. I would suggest you ask for a room on ground floor if stairs is an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mossa hotel. The hotel is a smaller one with fewer guest which was fantastic. The service was fantastic with a more laidback approach. We felt truly welcomed. Amazing pool area, was never crowded and no race to find sun beds early in the morning. Environmental friendly and healthy approach Spacious room for three adults with balcony (superior double room) with AC and a fan Huge bathroom with full wide mirror Set menu for breakfast with complementary, healthy and tasty Open, solution oriented and genuine staff Calm and quiet neighborhood Free parking space Bus stop to the city 1 minute from the hotel entrance (takes approx 20 mins) 3 beaches within 10 min walking distance Tavernas/restaurants nearby 15 mins walk/ 5 min car ride to nearest supermarket FYI - reception available from 8Am to 11PM, breakfast opens at 8 If you are looking to relax and enjoy your stay in Chania, Mossa is a great place for it. Everything from the cute staff, Christos the manager, Klrarisa in the reception, Alexandros from the bar (sorry for forgetting the other names), the pool, the quiet environment, the facilities and the modern clean room, and the closeness to two great beaches.

Our stay here was amazing! The staff were so welcoming and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect. Great recommendations, brilliant facilities, location and lovely vibe at the hotel itself! We couldn’t recommend Mossa enough, pictures etc are exactly how it looks and feels! Thanks to all the staff for such a beautiful stay!
