There is a small gap where the curtain ends in the bunks which just happens to be at around where your head is. Some light comes through this gap which means it’s not completely dark without wearing an eye mask.

Great value for money. Very modern, clean rooms, reception areas and kitchen. Reception staff are all very nice and helpful. Shared bathrooms were spacious, clean and well designed with separate shower, toilet and basin areas. Good spacious and secure lockers. Kitchen is good but guests are not permitted to ‘cook’ any meals (preparing basic snacks is fine). Earplugs are supplied which is a nice touch.

It was a bit more difficult if you had a too locker and a heavy bag but still manageable.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Easy to get to from the station and they supplied ear plugs which was a nice touch. Air con was working and luggage store used your room key so need for a padlock. Staff were lovely

The property is well-maintained and well-located. I have tried other hostels in other countries before and experienced some discomfort since the room is shared. Mosaikon is an exception, because even though the room is shared by four or eight persons, the rooms have bathrooms appropriate to the number of room occupants. The occupants also are given our specific lockers with our own key cards, this is very important to a tourist as we don’t have to get worried about our things getting lost or mixed up. The location is also perfect as it is right next to Monastiraki Square with restaurants, shops, tourist spots, and the train station itself.

Super clean, good modern room lights with good air condition make you calm and go to sleep peacefully . Capsule is wide with curtain give good privacy. The real jewel of the hostel are the staff specially Maro and Erica both are wonderful ,they gave me towel daily free of charge for the beach and after checkin they enabled me having a shower before my departure for airport again free of charge, this hostel is really wonderful ,never disappointed me in all my previous visits for same hostel

The bedrooms are very nice. The bathroom is inside the bedroom (unlike a lot of hostels where this is shared in the floor or something) but still with two toilets and two showers. The beds are very comfortable with curtains offering privacy if you want to. The terrace is super pretty, very recommendable for some drinks there. The location is great if you prefer just walking to the main spots in Athens. Most of all, all the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I recommend this hostel 100%

One of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed at, everything was super clean, each dorm has their own private bathroom which is GREAT. Even the lockers for the suitcases are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Considering the great location, the hostel is offered good value for money. It was a very nice experience that was well worth the price. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The entire property was exceptionally well-maintained. Highly recommended! My stay was truly memorable.

It can get very loud at night, especially on the weekend, since the hostel is close to a lot of night clubs.

Amazing hostel, everything was lovely, very clean, staff is nice, the location is in the heart of Athens close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend if you're a solo traveller.

The beds were comfy and the screens blocked out most light and noise which is a relief in a hostel. The staff were very nice, especially the man who works the overnight shift! I was very impressed with their laundry service, for 12€ they wash and dry a bag of clothes which is great as it saves time sitting at a Laundromat and they did a great job!

The only downside is my bed space is very cramped, maybe because there is a water pipe or something above? But other beds are spacious enough.

It looks like a modern hotel! And the inside are very minimalistic and clean, have everything you need. At a location very close to Monastiraki square, and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Such comfortable beds, really private bunks with plenty of space and super sturdy so you don’t feel anything from above or below. Big, clean bathroom with separate shower and toilet to the main basin area which makes sharing so much easier. Really central location, staff so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever back in Athens.
