the space could have some simple amenities that would make a big difference like a shower curtain and hangers in the bedroom, hall and living area. the internet was very bad

the place is great. we were 4 and it worked very well. we also used the kitchen that was equipped with everything we needed. the staff was always very nice to us and helpful. the location is easy to find with Google Maps and within walking distance of some cultural attractions like the Venus of Milos. the place is really big and the outside area is perfect for the end of the day time and to have meals. there was even a small drying rack for the bikinis.

The door to the balcony was quite stiff and the shower was easy to leak but there is a mop to help with this. There is a lot of steps up to the property and it is not 100% clear where the hotel is when you first arrive off the bus.

The property felt very safe with a solid door. We enjoyed having a balcony to dry our clothes outside and that we could cook in the little kitchenette. The host helpfully let us know that you cannot drink the water here and immediately provided us with bottles.

One thing about this property is that there is no sign indicating “Morfeas Hotel” outside. We used GPS to find the hotel. On the left hand side of the road you will see a path painted blue with some stairs that lead up to the reception which was also hard to find. This will lead you to the hotel. The beds are also not entirely comfortable. When the garbage was changed, it was accidentally left in our room :/

This property is a basic Greek apartment.It is in an excellent location only a few minutes walk to the tripiti bus station and short walking distance from Plaka, the catacombs and the statue of Venus replica where the original was found as well. The apartment was large and spacious… perfect for 3 people and the apartments have amazing views and you get a nice breeze as well since they are elevated. As pictured in photos. Also, the manager was quick to respond to us with any inquiries we had on the booking website, wifi works well and water pressure is good! Towels, sheets, bath mats and garbage are changed daily.

There was a problem with the booking and we could only stay one night in the hotel. The owner proposed another place for the first night but the communication wasn't fluid we had to wait a lot before getting to the remplacement room (which was ok but worse and further than Morfeas hotel). About Morfeas hotel, a shower curtain would be necessary to avoid water all over the bathroom (even being careful it is impossible to avoid floods)

The location and the balcony are great. The family who clean the rooms are very nice and helpful But we could not enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked

If we ever come to Milos again we would stay here as we only had one night, we were very grateful they could fit us in at last minute!! We had a simple apartment with a kitchenette and a balcony with chairs and a table overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean and island. The bed was comfortable but what made it was the location, I would stay in Tripiti again in a heartbeat it felt soo genuine. We loved it! The friendly resident cats and a stroll through the beautiful little town to some wonderful restaurants!

I particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious room, along with the efficient air conditioning that provided a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. The view from the room, especially the balcony, was amazing.

The staff was quite laidback and so the check in was quite rushed with little interest in us. More cooking ustensil, furniture or decoration would have been appreciated.

We had the room at the very top of the bulding which included a balcony with a splendid view over both the sea and Plaka. The balcony was very calm, the kitchen contained the basic cooking necessities and the appartement was large. The building had the typical blue and white cylclade look.

The room is simple and comfortable, we liked so much our room at the top of the structure with nice balcony and view! The location is great because it's in a quiet place at just 5 minutes walk from the center of Plaka (very popular and nice at night).

The front yard is dirty and looks abandoned. The owner keeps chicken there and there is an intense smell as you enter the staircase. Our room had old furniture in bad condition. The wi-fi signal was very poor and the air-condition was very old and noisy. The worst thing though was the owner Giannis and his behaviour. First of all, he was half-drunk at 11:00 am. Furthermore, he charged us 860€ instead of 86€! We realised when we got the receipt and indicated to him that he made a mistake. Then he pretended that he didn't understand and insisted that everything was ok by using several excuses. We had to explain multiple times in a severe tone until he agreed to pay us back in cash. We waited for half an hour for him to come back from the ATM and even then he tried to trick us into giving us less money than the difference. In short we felt like he was trying to scam us with every opporunity!

The ONLY good thing about this place was the location. Very close to Plaka.
