The property was amazing, it was very clean and comfortable. We were given coffee every morning and new towels when they would come clean our room. But what made our stay very was special was the host, Katerina. She was extremely sweet and accommodating. She helped us book atvs during our stay, gave us recommendations and always answered our messages quickly. Amazing hospitality. The location was a bit further from the port (10min drive) but there was free parking at the property. There is also an amazing beach 5min walk from the apartment. I will be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, high quality accommodation and a fantastic location near Pollonia, with a small beach and caves a few minutes walk away. It was the perfect base to explore the island and had a well equipped kitchenette, plenty of parking and rooms cleaned daily. Katerina is a lovely host and recommended some fantastic places to visit and eat, thank you again.

Only a minor issue with bathroom on the smaller side and no shower curtain made it difficult to keep dry But would still have chosen to stay here still regardless :)

Loved staying at the little boutique hotel. Staff we lovely friendly and always helpful Rooms were cute with a balcony and really modern. So close to many amazing beaches including one right at your door step.

Only a small note on the Milos bus system that even though the property is right by the bus stop, there were a few times I gave my neighboring guests a ride into town because the bus was over 45 minutes late or just never came. It’s doable without a car, I just found having a car made my whole stay more enjoyable.

Absolutely LOVED staying here. Caterina was so warm and friendly and set the tone for my amazing stay. The property was beautiful with multiple beaches within walking distance. 110% would recommend and I will stay here again if I get to come back to Milos!

We would recommend having a car for this spot, but honestly anywhere on the island to really make the most of it! There are not restaurants or stores within a few minutes. Open shower made it pretty hard to keep the floor dry.

Katerina was a very kind host-we really enjoyed the gift of homemade wine and snacks that she provided. We were pleasantly surprised (maybe we missed this in the description) to see that our room had a hot plate and other cooking equipment, even though our room did not have a kitchen. The patio was really lovely. They did an excellent job cleaning the room every day, which made it really nice to come back to. Comfy bed, too!

These studios & apartments are superb! 3 min walk to a local beach that’s not populated by the masses. We booked 4 units & all of our party enjoyed the standard of accommodation. Just a 10 min drive to Pollonia for restaurants & bars.

Balcony and garden were beautiful but many hours of the day exposed to sun (August time).

The house was very clean, plenty of space for the whole family of four, two bathrooms was a pleasant surprise! Hospitability of Katerina made our stay even better.

Everything. Clean, friendly owner, she gave us complimentary small snacks box and a bottle of wine. Near to beach, better to rent a car or bike. Bus is ok but not running frequently. Lunch options available in Pollonia which is reachable 10min by car. We loved it.

The only minor difficulty we had was that the air conditioner in one room didn’t seem to work as well as in the other. However, this could have been user error and we never brought this up to the staff. If we had, I’m sure they would have helped immediately.

I liked everything about the property. We loved that it was out of the way, quiet and well kept. The hospitality is unmatched. They are very responsive to messages. It is a beautiful space.

The only minor thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a proper window, so I felt a bit suffocated when I spent more time inside.

The hotel is super cute and definitely feels like you are in a Greek island. The service is exceptional. The staff is very polite and always happy to help with any questions you have. The hotel had a basket with some breakfast snacks and coffee (coffee machine available). There was also one water in the fridge - all of this free of charge. In our room there was shower towels, rope and beach towels available. The towels were changed every two days and the room everyday. They even washed the dishes we forgot in the sink. The room we stayed was equipped with a stove, mini fridge, pans, plates and cutlery. By the door of our room there was also a table with two chairs. We had breakfast outside everyday of our stay - it was lovely. The hotel also has a space with tables, chairs and a hammock. We extended our stay and the owner helped us to get a hotel nearby since Gaia was full. I couldn’t have chosen a better place! Highly recommend it.

The location was great for visiting different beaches & it was quite close to Pollina, a pretty village with a harbour with lots of water side restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable & spacious for the 4 of us with a terrace to sit out on.

The only downside to our room was the size of our balcony - I think it may have been the smallest of the balconies so was a bit difficult to fit the washing line and the tables and chairs to eat comfortably outside. However, the standards of everything else meant this was not too much of a problem.

The host Katerina was phenomenal - she was attentive and welcoming and was able to answer any questions we had. The room was immaculate and cleaning exceptional. The kitchen provisions we were given far exceeded our expectations too - we were given coffee pods, milk pods, local wine, little muffins etc every day - absolutely fantastic!!
