Germanyjust the bus frequency makes one depend on the taxi or rented car and access to the beach requires a bit of travel. But then again that comes with your choice of location
The highlight is the staff & owner, they are just the best! probably the best hospitality and friendliness i have experienced across EU & US. Food is lovely and very affordable at the hotel. Rest all is as described in the listing..

Excellent services. Very nice hotel. It is positioned on the edge of the city which is good because you have parking, but also need a car to get to the city center. The room were clean and comfortable. The pool is awsome. Good breakfast also. The staff is really nice and helpful. We had a very pleasurable stay. Will surely get back here

Perfect base for day-trips in Chania region, close to airport, calm and peaceful despite proximity to the main street. Tasty breakfast, spacious room, perfectly clean everywhere, enough places by the pool and for parking. Perfect service.

NetherlandsI booked 1 night but ended up staying 2. The first night was in a newer room, the second in a more dated one. If you book I recommend asking for a newer room but the older ones are also fine. The beds are a bit firm but not too firm and you don't feel springs through the matras. Water pressure in the shower is really good and the airco works perfectly even when it's 34 degrees outside. The ladies working behind the desk are extremely kind and helpful and make sure you have a perfect stay. Definately recommend staying here.

People seem to be complaining about the location from Chania town centre if you are without a car, but there is a bus stop virtually round the corner from the hotel with a very regular(and affordable) bus service running straight to the town centre that runs till around midnight most days of the week. There is also a Lidl and an amazing cliff top cafe ‘Koukouvaya’ within 15 minutes walk of the hotel.
The property was amazing. Location, Facilities, Cleanliness and most of all the staff were all amazing. Went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, really clean without being full of chemicals and as a swimmer i could easily do a few laps when i was relaxing on the many sunbeds with a cocktail from the bar! The food was very reasonably priced and the quality was outstanding we ended up eating multiple meals there as we couldn’t resist! The room was perfect with a nice balcony that could see the sunset every night, aswell as having a nice big fridge and microwave.
