The service could be improved. We requested our room to be tidied up, but after being away for 4-5 hours, we returned to find it untouched, with no explanation or acknowledgment from the staff. Beside that one experience all was good.

I adored the design of this place. We stayed in the penthouse with Acropolis views. The designer of this hotel room has perfected the art of combining form and function. Every element demonstrates a thorough awareness of aesthetics and comfort, resulting in a room that is both opulent and inviting. The careful use of color, texture, and lighting showcases great imagination and skill. This design enriches the overall experience, demonstrating the designer's exceptional vision and skill.

The room and property are lovely- we were impressed with the details in the room that made for a very lux experience. Although it was short walk from the main touristic area, it didn’t bother us to walk a few extra minutes considering how nice the room and stay were.

There is nothing not to like. The surrounding areas are a little run down but that is all of Athens and certainly shouldn't be a deterrent.

The area around the hotel looks run down which is a pity given how beautiful the property is, however, it is close to the center and close to a hip neighborhood where you can find great food and drinks options.

Perhaps the most value for money property I’ve stayed in Athens. I loved that the room was spacious, of excellent aesthetics, clean and offering everything you might need.

Signage of the location was not very visible, in fact our driver actually drove by the place at least three times before he decided he was in the correct place. Street traffic was a little bit noisy in the rooms, but nothing unbearable.

The staff was awesome and I would highly recommend for a couple, not sure I would recommend for a family especially with small children. Easy walk to most of the popular sites in Athens. Very modern appeal to the decorations and layout of the hotel.

Perhaps the only downside might be the lack of 24-hour service, but you can contact the owner via mobile phone.

Excellent hotel with convenient transportation and a great location. I really loved the rooftop terrace, which offers a view of the Acropolis. The hotel's decor is tasteful, and the rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there is a street full of restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The staff are very enthusiastic. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Athens next time.

This hotel is next level with only 11 rooms and stunning amenities. Its location is perfect distance to the centre and local neighbourhood restaurants. Staff are amazing and so helpful.

No laundry facilities yet as per above. The closest laundrette is 500m away by the Acropolis museum, so easy access to one.

The luxurious appointments, the lovely welcome basket, the friendly and very helpful staff. Good location, plaka 10-15 mins walk away. Lovely restaurants and cafes two minutes away. Top floor spa pool and balcony with views of Acropolis . The owner came and advised me personally that they are currently reviewing laundry services as I had made a comment on a previous stay about there being no laundry facilities. I really appreciated his personal response to my feedback.

For the price point, I would have expected laundry facilities. Laundromat is 500 m away not far from museum.

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Monastik Living in Athens, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Athens. Our suite was perfect for a couple, offering a marvelous view and a small kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine that was a lifesaver for our mornings. The room also featured multiple functional controls for adjusting lighting and air conditioning, making our stay extremely comfortable. If it weren't for our plans to explore Athens, we could have easily spent the whole day relaxing in our suite. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop with a jacuzzi that offers a picturesque view of the Acropolis. This meant we could enjoy the iconic sight without waiting in long lines. My only suggestion would be to extend the jacuzzi's operational hours until 11 PM (currently 9 AM to 9 PM) to allow guests to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel is situated in a lively area within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and mini markets. Although the nearby street is busy and noisy during the day, the rooms are well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. I highly recommend trying their breakfast basket, which is ample for two people. The 24/7 chat support via WhatsApp was incredibly convenient for any questions or needs. I want to especially highlight Dimitra's exceptional efforts to accommodate us and assist with anything we needed. A big thanks also to Galya, the cleaning lady, for her friendly chats and tips on what to do in Athens. The entire staff was welcoming and polite, even the workers who were installing something in another suite. In summary, Hotel Monastik Living exceeded our expectations. A few areas for improvement would be extending the jacuzzi hours and allowing guests to arrange room cleaning within a narrower time frame or to cancel it altogether. Despite these minor points, our stay was fantastic.

It’s not a big complain but there’s a step down from the kitchen to the beds. That is in room 14. It’s easy to misstep when you’re not paying attention .

Everything . There’s no restaurant or anything but everything is walking distance away . Yanni is so helpful n lovely and so are the rest of the staff . The decor is amazing and we were gobsmacked by how unusual and yet homely it was . Whatever you may need is available in the room for a short stay . The spa on the roof looking at the Acropolis is out of this world . Definitely will be back there if we’re in Athens . Thank you 🙏🏻

The styling of the hotel was fantastic. Bed was super comfortable, room was large enough, kitchenette included with all the things you require. Amazing small hotel. Run by the owners, which is almost always a sign that it’s bound to be great.
