There is no parking adjacent to the hotel, and you have to look for parking a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Some parking spaces in the area require payment. The spa at the hotel is just a small pool with water at room temperature (cold...)

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city within walking distance of all the main sites. The hotel staff did everything to make us feel at home, and kindly and willingly answered all our requests. The breakfasts were good and varied. The room was bigger than our expectations, and inside it was a private jacuzzi. The room is clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Such a classic and historic location but modernized in a tasteful way. We loved the style and the people went above and beyond to help us. Vasilis in particular waited up until 3am to let us in and show us the room even though the reception closed at 1am. Really really kind. The restaurant as well is beautiful and the breakfast is fantastic. In addition the location was just off the main area so more tranquil but easy to access all that Chania has to offer. We promised to return as soon as we can!

Very welcoming team. Beautiful room with a rooftop tub and loungers overlooking the old town. Brilliant location and very quiet. Fantastic helpful team organised a sailing boat for us which was the highlight of the holiday. We would go back.

We choose to stay at the Monestry Estate hotel during our wedding and we were delighted with the decision. Our room was a rooftop suite with private pool and views of the mountains and old city streets. During the stay we also had a second room to prepare (bride and groom) on the wedding day itself. The staff went over and above to help us out with every request during our stay. All the staff from the reception, house keeping and restaurant were always so warm and welcoming.

The morning coffee (filter or made to order) at the restaurant for breakfast is really not very good and someone needs to show them how to make tea (BOILING water on teabag). First world problems in a lovely friendly central quiet hotel.

Lovely large understated room, very comfortable bed, rainfall shower, and very quiet. Good breakfasts and very good quality restaurant. The staff were always friendly helpful and pleasant.

nothing to mention at this point. the staff was great. the brekfast while nice, could be faster. the menu is as per request, but this can cause delays if by coincidence all the rooms come down at the same time. we had a hard time to get a table as the staff was short.

breakfast was amazing. the room with a modern design, plenty of space and comfort. the roothtop is magnificent and we were lucky with the perfect weather at this time of the year.

I mean, I would have to be nitpicking, but the breakfast was just fine. Don't get me wrong, we just prefer buffet more than plates that you order. The shower, for some reason, did not drain when switched on, then when the shower head was off, it started draining. Not a big issue, just a bit of water on the floor that we had to wipe after.

The hotel is very stylish with all the stone The location is perfect - very close to harbour. Even though there was no parking, Sifaka street is very close, so you can pull up literally like 10m from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and professional We had a room with a roof jacuzzi, and it was splendid

The renovations done to the momastery are stunning. Keeping old elements in their rightful state, combining them with contemporary elements. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in all our requests. It's very well located in the old town in walking distance of the port. The rooftop view of our room is absolutely stunning, with a clear view on the white mountains.

one improvement point may be the kids bed, for a kid of 14 years was may be not enough confortable he spleede well but more in terms of noise whem moving, but nothing really bad during our stay be sure of it an improvement gift :)))

I can't rave enough about this place. Superb location, two minutes walk from the central square and harbor, yet quiet with no traffic. The room was spacious and had more amenities than could put to good use. Super comfortable and clean. The staff is gracious and helpful. The "free breakfast" doesn't begin to describe the wonderful meal to get you through the whole day. We went in October, when the crowds were down, the sun was just right, and the price was far below the tourist season.
