The location of the villa was excellent. Just a short drive away from the old town and there was a supermarket within walking distance, just around the corner, with an ATM also. The villa itself was fantastic. It was well equipped, with everything we needed for the week, including all cooking facilities and utensils, a washing machine and clothes airer and extra pillows in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a huge bonus, especially with being heated and the children said this was the best part of the holiday.

Beautiful villa as the pictures show. So well equipped, we particularly liked the coffee machine and sandwich maker! Also I made good use of the washing machine. Air conditioning was a god send. Pool was fantastic once the temperature had been sorted out (quite cold on arrival but rectified when asked). BBQ left with charcoal and firelighters - fantastic! Such a beautiful villa to spend your holiday in, we loved it. A special mention goes to Georgia who was BRILLIANT. We loved her as much as the villa, what an asset, she helped us out so much and it was just great to see her every day. We thank her for all of her help (she went out of her way). We will miss her as much as the villa! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely return.

Some villas we have stayed in have a folder with useful information of the villa, area & places to visit which I like but this wasn't too much of a problem as owner lives on the premises & always there to help. Can be helpful if you don't like to bother people.

Villa was well equipped, luxurious, spacious & in an excellent location, plenty bars/restaurants nearby, taxi rank outside & bus stops close by. The owner & his wife were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for you & left a welcome pack of wine, bread, cereal, milk, jam, coffee, butter & fresh juice on our arrival which was appreciated as we arrived late at night.

There js nothing we didn’t like about the property.

We had an excellent experience at Momentum villas. It had all the facilities we needed, in a great location that was close enough to lovely restaurants and the beach but not too busy. Takis was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us, recommending local places to eat, drink and shop for essentials. Also allowing us to keep our luggage safe while waiting for our late flight. We otherwise found it difficult for a villa to have all of these great positives while being so close to Rhodes town (€10 taxi ride) and amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance. There was a taxi rank just outside and multiple mini or supermarkets within the area. We had never visited Rhodes before and had chosen to fly here for our honeymoon. It was great to find that we felt really secure and had the privacy of our own space throughout our stay. The villa was really spacious and even if there were 6 of us staying there would have been plenty of room. The villa, garden and pool were kept spotlessly clean and we were provided with all the facilities to stay there without eating out if we had chosen to.

We liked it all.

Momentum Villas are superb, very modern and highly stylish accommodation. It was a lovely place for our family holiday. The private pool is especially nice, with sun loungers and all set in a secluded garden. We enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evening as it’s lit. The bedrooms, which are all spacious, and main room all have individual air conditioning so great to set to individual tastes. There is a free optional cleaning service every three days which includes the towels and sheets also being refreshed (including the pool towels). We didn’t bother with a hire car as bus stops are close by, as is a taxi rank, to easily go to Rhodes town; the walk to Ialysos is about 20 minutes and the local beach is less than a 5 minutes walk.

We absolutely loved everything about momentum, easy access for groups via door code, modern,clean and great pool, lounge chairs. Short walk to beach. Large kitchen and eating area and Takis always responded quickly to requests. We’ll be back.

Our villa was modern, spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The heated pool was warm enough to take a swim even now at Easter time. The location is great for trips into Rhodes Town. We enjoyed the stay in this luxurious villa!

The fact I’m thinking so hard and still can’t think of anything says it all!

Where to start.. the Villa is top notch, an excellent standard, spotlessly clean inside and out, comfortable beds and air con in every room. The heated pool meant we could still use it in October which was a real plus with 2 teenage kids (13yo and 16yo). It was well located for exploring the island, we hired a car for a few days but there also seemed to be plenty of bus stops around plus a taxi rank outside the front with only a €12 fare to Old Rhodes town. There’s also supermarkets and a good bakery within a couple of minutes walk (closer than we expected) and some great restaurants too - Whispers deserves a special mention, great family restuarant and the best food we ate in Rhodes, so be sure to visit if you come here to stay. A special mention to Takis too for making us feel so welcome in the villa and on hand for anything needed - we were absolutely made to feel more like house guests and not just visitors during our stay.
