The only drawback was cold pools. Somehow I imagined that pools would be heated but unfortunately not. Obviously we swam in the sea but would’ve used pools as well if they were warmer

Great hotel, immaculately clean, staff super friendly. Had a lovely welcome from receptionist Anna upon our arrival and the rest of the team were so helpful! We were celebrating our anniversary so were treated to a nice cake and bottle of bubbly, made our day special. Food was outstanding, sea warm and overall fantastic experience!

We had 2 separate beds put together, instead of 1 big bed, and only during check out I was told that it was possible to put a one single matrass on top. Not sure would it really help.

Everything was perfect: nice location, beautiful evening programs, tasty food, sea, swimming pool for kids. The staff at the restaurant buffet and in the bars was super friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could be a bit more modern.

Exceptionally clean property. Great staff and very accomodating. I have travelled to a lot of all inclusive hotels but I have to say this one probably has the best quality alcohol and properly made cocktails. Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and great to swim in with small kids. Sun loungers on both the pool and beach areas are so comfy. Food is good and the a la carte restaurants are a must.

Everything Staff super attentive and helpful especially with gluten free food. Bars and drinks of high quality. Pools very good Beach clean Very close to town and near bus stop. Very highly recommended.

Not much variety of snacks around the pool area. Only crepe and few selection of deserts during the day. You have to wait to be served for the hot drinks in the main restaurant. Sometimes it takes too long to get a cup of tea. Hot water served for hot drinks was barely warm time to time. Limited animations and shows for the kids. Bathroom requires a few improvements. No snacks in the room despite a good selection of drinks in the minibar.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not overcrowded, easy access to every facility. Hotel is very clean. A la carte restaurants are quite good.

I think they could have offered a better quality of main meat dish every night.. They also have to do a better job with the snacks in the after hours cafeteria..

The food was mediocre.. The breakfast had a variety of options.. Very decent.. However, the dinner spread was nothing to excited about.. The meats This/ proteins were not such great quality..

Everything was perfekt. I was there with my Husband and my 7 months daughter. The Food was good , the staff was wonderful,the Hotel is very close to the beach with clean water, perfect for the family. The sunbeds on the beach are very comfortable. We would love to return to this hotel.

Staff were quite rude even though it’s all inclusive they got so annoyed when we ordered more drinks… it’s the point of all inclusive. They got cost of our room wrong and tried to charge us £300 extra per room which was stressful, we got it sorted in the end but felt a little bit dodgy.

Beautiful decoration and pools were good. Liked the cocktails and the beach element was amazing

Perfectly sized all inclusive resort. Not too crowded and well capacitated for all of the guests. Food is great and available at all times. Location is also super.

No downsides for us. Staff amazing. George at the bar made best cocktails and Nikos Groom, couldn’t do enough to make our stay excellent!

Clean and room service everyday. Comfy beds and nice sized balcony including airer. Room includes complimentary olive oil shampoo, hand soap, conditioner and body lotion. Fresh sunbathing towels available everyday. 3 separate pools and plenty of sun loungers at no extra charge. Great choice of food/restaurants available all day including pancakes ice cream and fresh fruit by the pool! On the beach access. Good location and 5 mins walk to shops/bars and bus stop to Rhodes town outside hotel entrance 2.5 euro single pp. Fun train nearby kalethia bay and other locations etc about 9 euro. Concierge available for other trips such as the excellent boat trip to lindos £35 euro pp. Entertainment was great in the evenings and even did a wine sampling afternoon :)

Rooms and elevators need refurbishing, also at least our room had black furniture and too much of black colours making it business like. More warm wood colours with wall decorations like framed pictures would be nice. Also some colours like some blue stripes or live flowering plants like in other Mitsis properties we visited on white walls would be nice.

Top level service, very professional, hard working and trained staff, highest level of cleanliness, spotless uniforms of all staff members, exceptional attention to guests. This position and attentive attitude of staff can substitute psychotherapy sessions for people who need it! Every staff member deserves a special thank you! Cleaning personnel, persons in the dining room, reception, sports instructors, everyone is excellent, positive, rooms were impeccably clean. Very convenient for families, cosy, everything is very well located, close and easy to access. The flat area is very convenient, no hills. Water slides, mini club for children. Very nice idea to have aquagym and other sports everyday with very nice instructors.Food is exceptional, with attitude to people having allergies, always fresh, diverse, with possibilities to dine in restaurants on the property. Design of dining room is great! Nice gifts were offered as there were Easter in Greece. Bus stop is just across the corner, easy to go to Rodos, water park, other places, the city of Faliraki is nearby. Evening entertainments are close to very stylish pool bar with cosy atmosphere and candles on the tables. Our holidays were truly amazing!

Well I would not say that we disliked but we were 3 initially but 3rd person could not fly due to personal problems and we asked for return for 3rd person which they denied. Well we paid for 3 people but we were only 2

A very good all inclusive hotel. The food is incredible. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. Because we stayed at the beginning of the season… most of the staff in the bar and restaurant were new and you could tell .. But overall very good experience

The great place for holiday! LOCATION: It'a great location not far from Airport and Rhodes Old town. Also you can walk to the Faliraki bars and shops just in few minutes. Also we found some nice hike trails around the hotel. HOTEL: Everything is stylish, cozy and good quality. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Entertainment was also nice and not disturbing. We liked the kids club, because it was stylish and fun for our kids, no stupid songs, games or other annoying things. FOOD: Food was good, but a bit repetitive in the main restaurant. But almost every evening we were enjoying different a la carte restaurants. The bar was awesome we enjoyed tasty cocktails in the evenings. Also evening entertainment shows was stylish and nice.

A little bit noisy during the nights. Guests coming and leaving in the room above and people talking in the hall could be very well heard. We had ear plugs so we were not very bothered, but without them we could not have rested well.

This is a first impressions review as on arrival we were offered an upgrade to the Mitsis Lindos Memories but the welcome at Faliraki Beach was just amazing. Incredible staff, fantastic service in the main restaurant for lunch, everyone was just so welcoming. Would happily make a return visit based on this fantastic first impression.
