Great service , Great food and amazing location The restaurants are amazing and the variety of food is fantastic and delicious. We really enjoyed the cheese cake at the Greek restaurant, had to try it twice . But all the desserts at the crapere restaurant were amazing . The hotel itself looks amazing Will come back again for sure !

You'll need a car or taxi's to get to and from the airport or the old city, but that's quite fair. Other then that all was excellent.

Excellent, all-inclusive: a hotel with great meals and kind staff service, a private beach with drinks, a food truck, pizza, and nice band performances in the evenings.

The walls between the rooms are thin, we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms (we even heard a couple in the next room having sex). You could hear when the surrounding rooms used the toilet or shower. At one point you could hear everything at once, plus a loud mini-fridge, so it wasn't very peaceful in the room. Every evening, there were performers outside, which can be disturbing if you have a small child or want to go to bed early. In the buffet restaurant, the staff were sometimes very aggressive when clearing the dishes—I was still holding my knife and fork when they tried to take my plate away. There could be more play areas for children. There was a lot of debris between the tiles on the children's playground, and my child stepped on a broken piece of a cup with a very sharp edge—luckily nothing happened.

I recommend to make A la carte restaurant reservation before arrival otherwise bit hard to find table especially at night service.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Facility offers you lots of option in the pool and beach side. Variety of food corners and main restaurant service was also amazing. And hotel public areas and rooms are very clean!!

Our entire stay at Alila was wonderful, and we are very happy we chose to spend our honeymoon here. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and they even upgraded our room without us ever asking for anything ( big thanks to Alexandros for being so kind). The restaurant staff were always very professional, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job because this was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The resort in itself was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable and and the beach was lovely. The entire place had a luxurious and exclusive feel, but without the air of coldness and arrogance that often comes with it. Instead, we always felt comfortable, relaxed and cozy. The highlight was the food, we are vegetarian and we had so much to choose from. We give an absolute 10/10 for every meal we had and an 11/10 for the most delicious cakes and deserts. The bars served great cocktails too, and even on the nights we wanted something non-alcoholic, there were so many creative and delicious options to choose from. We gained some weight, but it was well worth it. All in all, this was a great experience and we are really looking forward to going to Alila again.

- It would be really nice for the sunbed umbrellas to be adjustable so one doesn't need to move it around during the day - The food options are good, but nothing exceptional. Especially the regular to-go snacks leave much to be desired

We had the 'all inclusive' package and it was tremendous. Even had the luck of having our suite upgraded to the jacuzzi version, which was an incredible addition! The service is exceptional, the location superb and the private beach a real treat. Would absolutely return again.

We loved the Greek restaurant and the staff there. Actually everybody were really nice and food was good in all restaurants, just Italian was not up to my taste. But overall amazing.

We finally came back to our favorite hotel in Rhodes, The first faces we met were Dominica Alexandros and Iris in the reception they welcomed us so nicley, Gave us a quick and pleasant service , we got the room very quick. Its our third time staying in the hotel , we love it, the stuff is so nice , the food is excellent and the facilities are everything you can ask for, also the hotel is very clean! So important to get a welcoming face in the start of your vacation, and at mitsis Alila they never disappoint ❤️🙏

You can’t eat at the chairs next to the pool on 0 floor, it classified as “bar” so you can’t eat there nothing.

I came to this magestic hotel, it looks so good and the staff is so nice and pleasant especially Iris, Zoe, Rania at the reception they were amazing and explain what restaurant is in what floor and how to book the restaurant. Thank you very much.

More sunbeds around main pool. Family room a bit small for 5 people

Lovely hotel with an amazing staff. Very helpful with any requests including help with gluten free options for our child. Great food options and clean beach. Bars and drinks of high quality. Main problem was lack of enough sun beds around the pool. Highly recommend

For some reason, the A/C in the lobby area did not function.

Amazing staff - friendly and super helpful. Fun activities every day and every evening, and great places to just chill on the lovely beach or by the pool. It was high season and it never felt crowded. We also had a special need for gluten free meals and the hotel was always able to provide solutions - special thanks to the dinning room mangers, the manager that handled special food requests and the chef and sous-chef. Our kids (9, 14, 16) did not want to leave and neither did we.

- Food in the dining room could be better, specifically vegetables could be more fresh. - It would be great if the hotel had self-service water containers, specifically in the dining room. - Not enough deck chairs in the pool area, and not enough shading.

- The facilities of the hotel are superb, specifically the proximity to the beach and the availability of many restaurants, even on the beach. - Evening shows were enjoyable and suitable for children. - Staff are very friendly and helpful.
