We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThere is only one person whom manages the property at any one shift so it can be quite demanding if they need to pick up customers back and forth consecutively. No elevator for heavy luggages.
Foremost, providing free shuttle services from and to the airport was the most compelling reason to stay here. They picked up and sent off as promised. No hiccups. No delay. The facility is very new, modern and clean. Comes with all needed amenities for your short stay. Wifi, kettle, mini fridge with complementary ice cold water, hair dryer. Everything is there for your short stay. A special big shout out to Aphrodite who is of a tiny frame, single handedly managed to pick up my 31KG / 70 pounds heavy luggage up the car and the flight of long stairs at the accommodation without any help. And not a word of complaint! She has proven the best thing in life can come in small packages! She def beat any men hands down! So my total respect, awe and appreciation.

Perfect shuttle service from and to the airport. I arrived at 0330am at the airport, they came in less than 10mn and at 0400 i was in my room ready to sleep. Very good option I you have to stay close to the airport. Especially if you arrive late during the night.

United StatesThe Mini Suites was still under renovation so there was a dumpster in the front and it was across a busy street from the main hotel. The WiFi was easy to connect to but I kept getting a notice that there was no internet connection. Aphrodite rebooted the router once but it didn't help.
Aphrodite was so nice and accommodating. The Mini Suites were large and nice but seemed to be missing a couch/ sofa or loveseat. The room was very large for the amount of furniture. Nonetheless, it was quiet, the AC worked great and I slept well while there. It's a great option for getting to the airport with ease. A free ride to a good restaurant on the water was a nice bonus.
