Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The owner was wonderful, provided welcome breakfast the next morning which was fantastic, plus tips about getting around the island and sights. The room was perfect for us as had seperate sleeping rooms and we enjoyed the nice big shower. The owner even drove us to the airport which was an added surprise, so very kind highly recommend this place.

AustraliaA beautiful place to stay and enjoy Milos. The owner, his mum and wife made us feel like family, their attention to cleanliness and our needs was wonderful. Their communication in answering any queries we had was always prompt. They surprised us by offering croissants fruit and fresh juice in the mornings. The location is great as you can walk into the town centre and many restaurants directly across the road from it along the shoreline.

Awesome property in a great location. It's a short 10 minute walk from the ferry and the owners were super accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable - A/C worked well. Breakfast/coffee was a nice surprise. It's owned by a wonderful family and they helped us with car transfers, questions, restaurants, etc. It was a fabulous stay!

United StatesWe enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Milos Inn. The management was excellent and honestly the best hospitality I’ve had in a long time. They helped arrange airport transfers, car rentals, they recommended restaurants and gave us the must see locations. Very attentive, warm, and welcoming people. The breakfast every morning was incredible. Fresh cut fruit, pastries, espresso. The stay room was very clean and cleaned well daily. Location is less than a 10 min flat walk from the sea port. Very easy to walk with multiple pieces of luggage. Great location for getting around. We’re so happy with our time and can’t recommend Milos Inn enough. 10/10 stay for us. We will be back!

Breakfast was very tasty. It was orange juice, tea, coffee, melon, grapes, peaches and sweet and savory croissants. Everything was spotless. Staff are very welcoming. We hired a bike from next door. The quality of the bike was not good but that has nothing to do with the accommodation!

We had an AMAZING stay with Milos Inn thanks to the fantastic owner, Poppi! Cute small hotel, 10 rooms. Was nice because we befriended a few other guests and the owner while chilling in the lobby. Family vibe! Super clean and simple room. Exactly what we needed. Great location - several restaurants on the water directly across the street, cafe a few doors down, 5 minute walk into the heart of Adamas (and bus stop!). Parking available if you rent a car or atv or something. Poppi went above and beyond to make our stay great. She gave us free breakfast in the morning, cleaned room every day, and gave amazing recommendations for what we should do/go/eat. Personal travel agent basically! She spoke very good english too. It was a great environment, when we would come back to the hotel during the day Poppi would be in the lobby awaiting us to hear about our day with a big smile. It was like coming home to a mom! Super affordable prices, best value for money in the area by far. This hotel does book up fast she said she was booked through september, so if you are debating it… book Milos Inn!!! Couldn’t be more happy with our stay.
