The power went off at 4am on the first night- this meant the lights in the room flashed on and off (bizarrely) and the aircon stopped working even when power returned. No real apology given by staff.

We liked everything about this hotel. Milos Breeze is situated above the area of Pollonia and looks out over the town and sea. The welcoming was excellent with a guided tour around the hotel. The attention to detail is beyond comparison with everything exquisitely thought through. The hotel reception is bright, airy and luxurious with engaging duty staff who looked after every need. The room was very modern, clean and air-conditioned. We booked 1 Deluxe Room with Outdoor Plunge Pool and Sea View and this was perfect with a big hamper to welcome us. We stayed two nights, I wish we had stayed longer, and had diner in the hotel on both nights. The menu was fresh and exciting and the food was exceptional and the service first class. We were really looked after and made to feel special. Well done Milos Breeze owners and staff, I look forward to seeing you again.

Road to the main street was rough and could use basic paving; parking lot and connecting road were unlit at night. Resort could use a good music supervisor – the constant looping ambient spa music felt a bit oppressive on continual repeat, like canned music from a YouTube travel influencer channel. Move beyond the muzak – take some chances!

The service was excellent, and the views of the bay were tremendous. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout. Rooms were well-resourced and comfortable.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Anything you needed they would accommodate. Location is also exceptional with a short walk into Pollonia which is a very cute town with many dining options

Facilities & staff went over, above and beyond….. the location of the property was a four minute walk to restaurants and shops, also the view from the hotel was amazing, the included breakfast is better than breakfasts we have purchased. We lost one day as our flight got cancelled and the staff helped us arrange anything and everything we needed, they even offered us to stay at the pool longer than check out due to the short stay.

The property was so gorgeous, new and clean. A very fresh and serene feeling with a perfect location, walking distance to the downtown but set up on a hill that felt secluded. One of my favorite hotels that I’ve stayed at.

Housekeeping did not refill amenities like coffee, lotion and toilet paper. Had to call front desk for refills.

Bad weather, which they cannot control.

Everything was amazing. SO many options for breakfast. The staff was also incredible. They go above and beyond. I'm not much of a breakfast eater. They thought they upset me one morning and sent wine to my room with an apology note. Truth is i should be sorry for visiting their country and not knowing their language! I've never been treated so nicely before. They are amazing.

such a beautiful hotel , great service and the staff are so accommodating. I was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which was amazing! didn’t want to leave. Great location not too far to walk to polonia town but I would suggest hiring a car if you are staying so you can explore the Island.
