Wonderful place the lady who owns it is on site to help even lifts in her car left us excellent bottle of wine balcony overlooks the beach it is a little walk down a hill to the Wonderful lourdas beach ⛱️

As with many apartments in Lourdas the Miloni Studios are situated on a hill, which would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment had everything we needed kettle, toaster, coffee machine, two ring hotplate and hairdryer. The apartment was clean and well looked after by Efti, who lives on-site. The views from the apartments were amazing and looked down to the beach and straight across the sea. Throughout our stay Elfti was there to help out with any questions we had. On our departure she kindly arranged a taxi for us to the airport.

The driveway is a little steep when managing with a hire car. We ended up parking in some off road area about 100 metres from the property to avoid any stress.

Stunning views from our balcony over to Zante. The communal areas are well kept and the host, Efi, is an amazing bundle of joy and very helpful. The studio was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping done every 3 days, which we thought was adequate. Kitchen and equipment is basic, but I improvised and managed to make the breakfasts we like. We made use of Efi’s garden produce (tomatoes, peppers and limes). The property is half way up the hill so you can either walk down or up to the tavernas.

Lovely location. Views from balcony amazing. Accommodation nice and very quiet just the sounds of the sea. Staff friendly and very helpful. Loved it. We had a week of chilling just as we wanted. Beach was good.

Getting to the private parking place is not a piece of cake, but it's the price the pay for the location. Totally worth it.

Absolutely stunning view. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Fully covered with nets for mosquitoes which made our whole stay bite-free! The host is amazing. She helped us a lot regarding a car problem. She's available on-site for everything.

It’s a great place - the road to get there is very Kefalonia, but it’s worth it!

We loved it - simple and with all the essentials, really quiet and relaxing and with an amazing sea view balcony to enjoy a freddo espresso in the morning and the sunset! Very clean and really friendly host!

Great location and great hosts. Basic but comfortable enough, for the price I have no complaints. Comfortable firm beds. Loved the 10 min strolls on the quiet road through trees and lots of greenery, leading to the beach in the mornings. Great views and the balcony with lovely sea views. would stay again!

The location, the plants/nature and the view in general was beautiful. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was as expected and seeing the sea from the balcony was wonderful.

The kitchen and kitchen equipment was not very clean. The kitchen is very very small, but does its job. We personally did not sleep so well on the bed, especially on one of the two mattresses.

The view from the balcony and the little garden are beautiful. The staff was nice and we loved the location. The beach and a minimarket are in walking distance.

Cleaning could be done more often. For a 7-nights stay our room was cleaned only once. Only two toilet paper rolls for two persons for the whole stay. No soap and no schampoo, so bring your own.

Perfect view, lovely surroundings, exceptionally quiet and calm for sleeping and resting, garden with a grill at your disposal, shade for your car at the parking lot, very friendly owners.

No sign outside property made it difficult to find. Access to property by car - very steep and uneven road Although only basics were needed there was only one knife for example Need to highlight access issues in description - both access to property and access to beach down steep hill which would not suit all travellers

It was very difficult to park there due to the very steep and narrow road. And we did not like the Moskitos 😊but that’s already on the nature part.

We did like the views of the sea and sunsets from the Terrasse. It had AC, the bathroom was clean. The room was clean. The green plants around the house were beautiful! The water pressure was excellent. It was relatively close to the beach. Approximately 15 minutes by 🦶 walking. There are shops around. It was quiet. The host was nice and helpful.

The road to access studio is horrific. It is super steep and only accessible from the top road if you arrive from the right side due to the very sharp turn. There is also a hairpin bend on the drive down with the land eroding at the top and mid section with little protection or scope for error. The studio is low down built into the side of a hill so very hot. Owner does not speak English. Our pillows smelt of damp and our towels had a very bad smell. The owner changed the pillows when we showed her. The shelves inside the kitchen underneath the sink were dirty and the place needed a good clean.

No one came to fix the bed, or even to put a toilet paper... so we have to go and ask for it. Not even change the towels. No soaps or shampoos as well... Kind a bad management.
