We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceWe stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The mattress in my bed was too soft, although my friends, who slept in the other room, found their mattress to be fine. So maybe it depends on the room.
Great location: right in the town center but a bit tucked away, making it very quiet. The staff was very helpful, providing us with tips for various hiking routes in the mountains. Excellent value for money.

The best experience on the trip! First of all we met the sweetest hostess in the world - Nicole, she is simply amazing, she welcomed us with a big smile, made recommendations for entertainment and restaurants in the area, upgraded us to a suite room for our honeymoon and on the way to the hotel we wrote in a message in the booking that it is possible to open the breakfast a little earlier For the benefit of climbing Mount Olympus, and when we arrived she prepared a meal for us for tomorrow's journey! There is no doubt that we will return to this hotel - Nicole, we love you and look forward to hosting you when you come to us! Clean, comfortable hotel and close to everything.

The kids liked the 2 level splitting of the apartment. We appreciated the fact that there was a bathroom on each level. Great idea from the hosts to place in the room a hand written note with recommendations for places to eat, drink and of course, for ice-cream.

IsraelThere is a lot of noise coming from the nearby street. Luckily, the windows are sealed properly, and can block the noise when closed.
Mythic Vally is a pearl in Litochoro! The place is beautiful and comfortable and serves a delicious breakfast. Stella, who is in the reception most of the time, is so welcoming - she took care of every need we had and honestly turned our time in the hotel into a much better experience.
