The only downside is the hill leading to the property, but I’m just lazy—it's not a big issue, LOL. The reception staff is very kind, though it’s not a 24-hour service. They provided a contact number, but it would have been easier to explore the town with some tips if someone had been there. :)

Initially, I thought we were a bit far out, but once we understood how things work on the island, it became clear we were in the perfect spot. You can easily reach other places by boat, and if you prefer, it's only a 30-minute walk to the main town. The location is ideal.

Amazing balcony. Good location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Theres a place to eat called Compass about 2 minutes walk from the hotel, it is a bit cheaper than other local restaurants.

We had an amazing and comfortable staying at Megas room. The stuff is absolutely amazing, kind and ready to provide for any request of the client. The room was clean and they provide with coffee every morning.

It is partially called hotel on Google and there it has 3stars. This is not hotel and it is very very far from three stars. There were no facilities I can say. Bathroom has sink and that is it, no space for putting the cosmetics or other stuff. Rooms are pretty old. You can see that everything is used for a long time, and it has some smell (not bad, but strange - and it is not some fragrance). Access to the studios is very steep, and can be dangerous if you are in slippers. Writing all of this for others to know, but as I rated the stay, this is ok, if you are not too spoiled :)

Staff if wonderful, no discussion. Great people happy to help and time! We came very early and they still managed to give us a room. But don’t use their partner taxi as it is 40% more expensive than the regular (don’t know if this is some trick of the stuff, but worth mentioning). Location is pretty fine, as it is walk distance from the port and sea bus to the town. Beware that the road from the port or to the town doesn’t have pedestrian part and you will walk next to the cars/busses. It was really clean, and we had a table in the garden (as part of standard room). There is a coffee maker, big fridge. But that would be everything :)

Internet was pretty awful, dropped out every 5mins, staff were very friendly & did the best they could, good room, bathroom was fine, the location is good, but it’s a 2km walk alone the right road into town

It is not in a friendly walking zone for food. One would be more comfortable using hired transport. But it was close enough to the public bus and Sea Bus to Mykonos town. I wanted to walk to the room from the old port and the host warned me and said there was a very steep hill to arrive at the property. I was glad I knew what to expect. The walk up with luggage is not for everyone but we made it.

I loved how close it was to the new port because we arrived late on a ferry and walked over. There was cold water in the refrigerator when we arrived. Farhan waited up for us to check in late and helped carry our luggage upstairs.

The location of this establishment is challenging. It has a steep climb (a sort of badly paved road) of about 30-40 mts. Is closer to the new port, where the main ferries arrive. Transportation also is not easy to the establishment. You have to use the water bus at the Marina Station. (some 400 mts away) to get to Mikonos town, which is sort of fun and runs quite frequently till midnite.

The rooms are fine, some better than others. For Mykonos, and expensive island the price was right. My room was it in the back which is not a very good location, not view whatsoever, other rooms seem to have access to a terrace. and have a view. Is farily clos eto main ferry arrivals, but you need know the road closer to the water in oreden not to make a larger trek. Farham, the administrator was very helpful in recommending places and activities.

The area was a lovely location, out of all the crowded areas, but easy enough to walk. There were a few little beaches to visit with not many people on too, so perfect for us to visit throughout the day.

The rooms are nice but there was no shelves or hooks to put our clothes, which is finally very annoying to store clothes/towels for the stay or for a night. This lowered down the accomodation experience

As many places in Mykonos, it is located up a very steep hill, quite inconvenient if you have anything more than hand luggage.

Hostess is very kind and accommodating, the room had all the necessities, convenient location to the port. Fantastic value for the price.

You can hear noises from the other rooms, it kept waking me up. Loose shower head holder.

The cleaning lady, Lyria, is very nice. Very nice room, complimentary coffee (dolce gusto) and water. Good shower gel.
