The rooms weren't 5 star. When we arrived, someone else's hair was stuck to the wall above the bath and the bathroom needed renovating. WiFi often didn't work in the room. Cleaners woke us up daily, talking and banging around in the corridor.

Amazing food (such a good selection of fresh fish and meat each day), very friendly and chatty staff, lovely pool area, amazing views across the sandy beach, excellent daytime and evening entertainment, daily shuttle bus up to Pelekas, comfortable bed, very large room.

Room tired and in need of a refresh. Description described flatscreen tv, which we had but it was the size of a postage stamp and you could only get one channel. Sky news 🤷‍♂️

From minuses: We order number with see view and got a big tree in front of balkony. But I think we could have change the number. But we didn’t. So, if the view is really important, ask about it. Some part of the number was a bit old and didn’t look good. We were told that hotel will be renovated, it is needed in numbers. Breakfasts were all the time the same and wasn’t really good, it was ok. No good drinks in the restaurant if you are all inclusive. Vine is bad. Beer is ok. Deserts are not good for my taste and for many people we speak with Snack bar- it is not really snack bar, it is left overs and it is not possible to have it close to the beach. You need to go up to the restaurant, which is far away from beach. Cocktails are ok but could have been better. Not much alcohol in it. We wanted to make a check out not in 11 but around 17-18 we were requested to pay 130 euro, which is quiet much for few hours. All I described was under all inclusive package, there are also paid food and cocktails which is much better Bad kids activities. Really short. Playground is really poor

We spent there 9 days. Family with toddler 2,5 year. Nice location with really good beach with not deep see, perfect for small kids. With descent food and ok drinks. We had all inclusive. From pluses: Good staff Nice barmens Good location with very nice view Great beach Price for value we got Sometimes it was really good dinner and a bit less frequent really good lunch Clean. deckchairs are included but you need to be fast to get good spot. Towels are also included but only from 10-12 and from 16-18. So if you go early to the beach you need to save one from last day. Good icecream

The food wasn't great. We stayed for 5 nights and only 1 day menu was great. Most of the days food was lacking taste it was underseasoned. There was almost none greek food which was a bit of dissapointment. Also, it was lacking fresh, grilled meat. On the days there was some grilled meat, it was overcooked and dry

Even though we got upgraded to a suite instead of our originally booked premium room, I felt like the bed was not the comfiest. It was very stiff. Also, the shower tub was not my favorite because you had to be careful or the bathroom would become flooded.

The property was very nice and offered great amenities to include a nice pool, convenient mini store, beach/pool towels for guests to use during the entirety of their stay, easy access to the beach, and beach loungers with sun umbrellas free of charge to the guests. I also enjoyed that the pool and beach areas included showers so guests could rinse off after swimming.

The service (at the bars) was not up to the 5 star rating. In general, one could say that even though it doesn't apply to all staff, majority of them were not trained to provide 5 star services.

The room needs updating, the bed was hard, the AC was not working properly, and the smell from the drainage was always in the room. Had to call the reception to sort out the AC, maintenance guy arrived within 2 minutes opened the filter and there was no dust on the filter and still he cleaned the filter and put it back on and I know it is not going to work, but he tried to do his job, cleaned the drainage and still had the smell due to location of the room but not as bad as before. The AC was set to 16 degrees but it never attained that much temperature it was like 24 sometimes you sweat at night, and we have to cramp on the family room near the kids to sleep because it is pleasant over there. The bed was hard and not comfy and I did have shoulder and back ache at the last night. Moreover I was surprised at the rating of the hotel to be 5 star.

They had a nice beach, Food was good at the restaurant, Staff was polite and always helpful and have a great customer service, Breakfast variety of options and also dinner was good and the food was different at all times. The staff from the Reception, Driver who drives the shuttle, the Restaurant staff, Staff at the pool bar, cleaning lady and the bell boy and Maintenance crew had great customer service and willing to help, which is the only plus points for the hotel.

No WiFi coverage on the room given, and I had to use my phones mobile data to get internet for me and the kids. WIFI singal was about 0-18%. I complained to the reception and also to a staff member who came to the room and he also could see on his phone that the Wifi signaling was bad. We stayed for 9 days, and no action was taken to resolve the issue. The biggest problem was the coutch-beds provided for my two kids to sleep. They had the thinnest mattress of about 3 cm and a springs for a base. I have seen many coutch-beds in many hotels and other rentals, but nothing like this. Please get some beds for guests 3 and 4 to sleep for the money you are charging. Last but not least, the toilet had limescale and foset was rusted.

The hotel room is old and clearly needs renovation, uncomfortable creaky beds, old plumbing, impossibility to move son's bed to avoid cold air flow from air conditioner, which made him sick. Quite many sunlounges on the beach are broken and need to be repaired/replaced. The hair dryer was about to be dead. We were promised that we could get snacks to take with us, as we had a night check-out from the hotel, but it turned out that this is only valid for those checking out from 5 to 7 am (nobody warned about this). Too many Russians - it is a pity that this hotel is still welcoming citizens of aggressor state.

Although the location was a plus for us due to the views, it was also a con due to the fact the hotel is built into a cove and you cannot leave the resort unless you get a hotel taxi to the top of the cliff and a bus or you hire a car.

Excellent customer service from all the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The location gave spectacular views, especially at sunset! It has a great pool and a lovely beach on its doorstep. The food had great variety, the entertainment staff were amazing! It is a short trip from the airport and small gestures like a bottle of wine and a fruit platter on our arrival and staff handing out watermelon during the day was appreciated.

The bed was not not not comfortable at all. The kids bed was just terrible. The air conditioning is not well placed in the rooms as it went directly to the kids bed. The rooms are dated and need new refurbishing as well as the bathrooms. The drinks - cocktails included are just so artificial that it is a total waste for everybody. The meals schedule are maybe too narrow?

The food was very good. The beach and view to the sea. The hotel is beautiful but needs to be updated as it is starting to feel old. The service is really nice.

The maintenance of baths is deficient. The shower is old and the water splashed all over the floor. The glass wall was open below and only covered by an old curtain (strange method). The room is not big enough for 4 people and there were not enough space for the clothes (closet too tiny). Somehow the hotel seems not to be worth 5 stars if it hadn't been for the nice location and the staff. I cannot understand why in a 5 star hotel you must wait 20m every single night to access the restaurant for the dinner
