It’s a little loud from the town but as long as you close the windows and the rattling of a fridge doesn’t bother you it’s nothing that cannot be overcome

The courtyard is gorgeous, our room had a lovely little balcony, the staff is amazing! I’d highly recommend to book with breakfast included. It is so peaceful in the courtyard and the breakfast is delicious.

The gardens were a peaceful oasis, and the rooms were immaculately kept, providing all the comfort we could ask for during our stay. But what truly made our time at Matina Hotel stand out was **Maria**, who is absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like we were long-lost friends, warmly welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed. Her knowledge about everything Mykonos-related is remarkable. Whether it was advice on the best restaurants, hidden gems on the island, or navigating the local culture, Maria knew it all—and she shared her insights with enthusiasm and genuine care. We honestly felt like we had our own personal tour guide. And, of course, we must mention her amazing spoken English, which made communication so easy and enjoyable. Her ability to know what we were saying and to reply with a smile really elevated our experience We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Mykonos adventure. Matina Hotel provided the perfect blend of relaxation and charm, and Maria’s presence truly made it a memorable stay. Rooms on the smaller side but that comes with being in town and it’s still great value. No complaints.

Very ideal location close to town (incredibly walkable) and tucked in a quiet corner so you don’t hear any of the loud noise at night. The staff, especially Maria, were the best and provided amazing service. Would definitely stay here again.

Once again Matina and the amazing Maria and Tania has shown me so much love and care. I arrived 2 days ago and was in another place where I felt extremely uncomfortable,I immediately went on Booking.com and thank God Matina had a room for me as I know I need to be where I felt at home. Maria immediately made sure I was in good hands,even called me . Made sure I ate something . I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR LOOKING AFTER ME,THIS IS BY FAR A UNIQUE RESIDENCE OF CARE AND LOVE. The Town of Mykonos is quite crowded so it was with surprise that I found the Matina Hotel in an alley where people pass less often and where you have more calm than in other alleys in Town. For the very sensitive years, you have to know you will hear the night activity but quite far away. I definitely recommend staying at the Matina Hotel. Last important note: the staff is definitely the kindest and nicest you can find, very helpful and welcoming.
