We couldn't have stayed longer. Arrived late in evening and left right after breakfast.

An excellent experience for first time in Greece and just arrived after 20+ hours of travel. Staff Reception was excellent and immediately felt great about booking there. Hotel breakfast was excellent.

You can understand that they have done renovation, but they haven’t even do some details like the floor in the corners. The windows general needs improvement in that, but Bad was very good and they have to take the shower curtain and put a glass to make it more modern.

Noise in room, bathroom slighly outdated.

Nice location with sea view and access to sea. Close to Marathonas and easy to reach airport by car.

Wifi hardly worked at all, neither in our room nor in the lobby. Very slow and patchy when it connected. Breakfast quality was poor.

Unfortunately, although the hotel is large, it has a small, two-person elevator, that is difficult to catch. Also, in the room we stayed in the shower hose was pricked in several places and splashed in all directions when in use.

We had a room with a seaview and the panorama was superb. The room was spacious and clean and had all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

A walk on the beach is nice... but the beach itself is rocky and very small. Hotel is well maintained but classic... bathroom in room is bit outdated. Family Hotel for local people.

Mati Hotel has a nice location direct on the beach on a quiet road. We recieved an update to the luxery room with corner balcony with perfect seaview. Beds are very good. Restaurant and also Barservice is good price/quality. Nice Pool with beds (pool has salted water). Staff is very nice and professional.

I liked everything

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the location was beautiful the beach is a 30 second walk through the back by the pool. Was lovely talking my morning coffee down at breakfast and watching the waves. We got upgraded to a sea view room and the views were phenomenal! It's a shame I was only there for one night, I will definitely be coming back if I visit the area again.

As we arrive late, we wanted to check out at noon instead of 11am. It was not permitted and there was nothing else to do in the hotel so we just went to the airport.

Breakfast was very good. The room was good and the receptionist was very friendly. She send us a taxi to pick us up and was very nice and helpful. We wanted just a place to stay for the night as our flight was leaving the next morning. We just stayed in the hotel and have dinner and breakfast in the hotel.

The shower was a little complicated but perfect otherwise at a surprisingly great price.

Excellent views of the ocean and bay, great service at the restaurant and bar, large, warm pool, beach access from front of hotel, good food, wine and cocktail menu at oceanfront restaurant, large balcony with table and chairs, plenty of loungers and tables by the pool and oceanfront patio and comfy bed in a large room.

The toilet leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Room 511. Parking was a 50m walk up a dark alley to an unlit, unsigned parking lot. Noise from foot traffic in the hallway carried into the room quite clearly - thankfully we were near the end of the hallway.

Beach/sea side view, beautiful big balcony, cold air conditioning, exceptional daily cleaning staff, beautiful pool deck and restaurant patio with great food and drinks. Delicious cocktails too. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Not too far from the airport and very easy to find.

While technically it is only 20 minutes from the airport, this hotel is a little hard to reach (requires a taxi ride through dark agricultural lands if arriving late - uncomfortable to do as a woman traveling alone). Some taxi services like FreeNow may be hard to use to leave the hotel though they work for arrival from the airport. The hotel staff can arrange something for you, but it does require advanced notice.

I was given a more modern and comfortable room than my first stay at this property. Also, the person at the desk was very helpful with a last-minute taxi need. The hotel is located on the sea, with easy access to stick your feet in the water if you have time and the weather cooperates. The pool looks nice, though I didn't get a chance to use it because of a tight schedule.

Perhaps slightly dated rooms. The reception area was nice but had more the atmosphere of the front room of a great aunt rather than an international hotel.

This hotel has a quirky charm to it. But also feels like it hasn't changed much since the 80s. Staff are nice, rooms are comfortable, the views of the rugged coastline are impressive.

The cocktails are TERRIBLE! Obviously the barman loves lemon and lime! Everything was BITTER! Even strawberry margarita was bitter and no crushed ice! It was served like whisky with ice!

Rooms are very basic and feel tired. Hard bed. I had to ask for hand soap as there was nowhere to wash hands.

We only stayed one night (in between flights)on a Saturday and they had a Dj by the pool playing music until pass 1am(our room was facing the entertainment 😳)

Beautiful set up, modern and antique decor. The view is spectacular, it was very windy when we stayed so no swimming in the ocean. 8 minutes from the port (€10 night time), 20 minutes from the airport (€30 day time)
