There are not any shortcomings , that are worth mentioning. If you are extremely critical you will find some anyplace you visit.

Perfect location. Beyza is very helpful from the first minute you set foot in these nice decorated rooms with stylish south-eastern look. We are grateful for every recomendacion she made and for the care for the guests. The balanced breakfast is just a complementary detail to enjoy.

The bed was very hard and there were steep stairs leading to the room - not a problem for us, but is something to consider.

Very good value for money. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was basic, but included everything needed.

Great location in the heart of Rhodes. Staff are extremely hospitable and helpful giving great recommendations whether sightseeing, dinning or looking for daily beach tours. Breakfast in the courtyard every morning has delicious offerings with both the owner and staff warm presence and engagement. Rooms offer a medieval meets boutique hotel vibe, with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Hotel was so sweet in providing me with a surprise breakfast to take away on my early departure.

The room was very small, and you had to climb really steep stairs to get to the bed. It was ok since we weren't much in the room. But would be better with more space to put the luggage, chill out etc. And a tall man would struggle I think 😊

The bathtub didn't drain properly, but the staff quickly addressed it. The plumbing overall could definitely use work.

Staff gave us an overview of the area and really good restaurant recommendations. The room was beautiful and comfortable and well stocked. They left us a bottle of wine for our last night.

The bed could have been more comfy but its fine for a few nights.

Great room with little balcony and a fantastic shower in the room. Loved the courtyard for the delicious breakfast and as it was my birthday during the stay i was treated to some lovely gifts in the room too! Also great location!! 100% choose to stay in this location over old town. We were given some great local resturant recommendations and there are some fab beach bars here too.

As we stayed in April and the entrance door has tiny spaces in and under it that lets air through, it was a little chilly at night but there was a large warm blanket in the room ready, so it wasn’t bad.

Mascot Garden Rooms is a great place to stay! Everything was made in a unique way that made our trip special. Lovely and very helpful staff, great breakfast and super nice rooms!

The room where I stayed there was a stairs to get to the bed if you are desiabled or are scared from height then I would say don't book the room I stayed they have different rooms aswell just read room description carefully for me personally no problem

I highly recommend this place first of all communication is 10 out of 10 first thing they asked me what time I will arrive I arrived 13.00 and my room was ready for my stay you can also rent a car from them which is very convenient when I came to the property she welcomed me showed map where to go what time and showed where is bus station aswell and showed me room and give the keys all my stay felt really nice I felt safe which is important and I had lovely breakfast aswell the breakfast lady was really nice she told me little bit about history which was nice and I felt like part of the family at breakfast which was nice I would definitely come back to this hotel 100 percent recommend !!!! I FELT LIKE HOME

The place is quite unique in its decor and the location is great - it's easy to explore everything on foot, while at the same time it's very quiet during the night. The breakfast is wonderful with a very wide variety of choices, including freshly made scrambled eggs! The lady serving the breakfast is very engaged and clearly interested to serve the clients as best she can.
