We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I love that it’s easy to get to the port from. We walked to a great pizza place easily from the hotel. Excellent choices at breakfast, this has improved since I last visited.

United KingdomI feel that the hotel was terribly under staffed, the bar staff (and that was 1 member only) was in charge of 2 bars, the bars are located on the basement and the roof top pool, the rooms and general maintenance. So sometimes, you could be waiting quite a while to be served, as they were busy elsewhere in the hotel
The staff were all super friendly, nothing was too much trouble, even if they were a little rushed off of their feet and the location was perfect, a stone throws from the centre

Nice hotel in quiet street ideally located for bars, restaurants, good sandy beach @20 mins walk and port which was @ 15mins walk. Clean,comfortable, and friendly staff. Good selection of hot and cold foods for buffet breakfast, bottled water in room, and tea/coffee facilities. Small sports bar opposite or hotel bar available for nightcap. Lovely but small rooftop pool area and bar if you don't fancy beach or whilst waiting to leave for ferry.

Kenya-Drap, dirty and tiny pool (dont believe the website pictures!) -Bit aggressive with breakfast timing; we were 5 minutes late, and literally breakfast offerings were removed in front of our nose. Is it really needed to remove the plate with bread AS I was taking bread? -No safe options to leave luggage after checkout.
Nice AC in the room, and curtains block out all light.
