Just be aware about the location: if you enter the address in Google Maps, you well end up at a wrong place. Search for "Maritina Apartment" instead of the address if you don't want to end up a 400 meters too far possibly with heavy luggage. (to the owner: it would be nice if you could inform guests of this maps problem to avoid this)

Very spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable beds. The location is halfway between the airport and Rhodes city center. The pool is very nice and clean with comfortable sunbeds.

For the price paid, I can't say anything that I didn't like. Was told before my arrival that room would be cleaned once every 3 days, but to my surprise, it was done daily. Maybe the mattress can be upgraded to a non-spring kind to make it better, but what's available is already good.

It is an amazing place to stay, and it has all you need for a room. It was spacious and was so easy to check in. Surrounded with lots of amenities and not a loud neighbourhood.

A free standing toaster would have been useful rather than having to use the one within the oven which was very slow to heat up.

The actual road it is on isn’t the nicest posts of rubbish around but that seems to be the case in most of the streets.

Apartment was lovely and clean and pool was nice. Cleaning staff were super friendly. Must be out of season as reception always seemed empty although we didn’t need anything so didn’t matter. The only thing we struggled with was finding the property at night as the link on booking . Com took us too far down the road. Google maps was better.

Everything was perfect.

Everything about these apartments are perfect. If you are looking for a quiet holiday then this is the place for you. Apartments are clean, spacious and A/C. pool area is clean and always a sunlouger available if around the pool or grassed area. Only a short walk to the nearest and largest supermarket. Taverns are also a short walk away 5 - 10 minutes. Apartments are in my opinion great value for money.

Bed not so comfy and shower door broken - didn’t affect either being used though.

Very friendly and peaceful place to stay, totally relaxed after a 5 night stay, very close to the beach and a few restaurants, Andreas (co-owner) was extremely helpful for anything we needed and cooked a lovely meal for us when we were hungover! Ha! Giannis (co-owner) left a lovely bottle of wine for my birthday (ThankYou). Cleaner did an amazing job and was super friendly and helpful too.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay, facilities were gòod, staff friendly and apartment cleaned every day. Pool and gardens were very well maintained loungers very comfortable. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. They arranged a car hire for us and also ordered taxis on request. We were also given a late check out on our last day, which meant we could enjoy another full day relaxing before pick up. Would definitely recommend and would gladly stay again if returning to Rhodes.

The value for money in this apartment is second to none, the staff couldn’t do enough for us all week and were always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Very pleasant and quiet, great for couples. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday, room equipped with appliances. Would definitely stay here again.

It could have been a little more clean, like vacuuming the floors. It would have been nice to have a sign for "do not disturb" because they clean everyday. And the showers could have been little better standard

We loved the safe environment and family friendly staff! The pool was absolutely amazing. The apartment with washing machine, fridge and freezer, kitchen and 2 balconies were perfect for a couple that's on their honey-moon. Also it was close to super markets and amazing restaurants! And close to bus station.

Homely apartment complex, with spacious rooms, nice pool, short walk to pebbled beach, and all the recommendations and support you could need for a great stay in Ixia. Despite wild fires in the south of Rhodes causing power cuts, we had a gorgeous time - reassured by hotel staff. Would 100% recommend this wonderful, family-run space.
