The mattress was a little hard.

Location was excellent - we have stayed in many different places in Argostoli, and although the studios are a little walk out of the centre of the town, do not let this put you off at all – they are in a lovely residential area overlooking the water and it's a much quieter location at night as a result. We slept much better than we have done in other places that are more central. The short walk along the water front is one of the nicest things you can do in Argostoli, so I would definitely recommend this location to others. 'Side view' seems to undersell the view, as we had a lovely clear view of the water (from Room 5). We had trouble working out the air con when we arrived, and the owner was just lovey - so helpful and friendly. We were out having dinner and she managed to sort it for us while we were out, so we came back to a lovely cool room - heavenly! Bathroom and decor is a bit basic in the room, but everything was super clean, and anything you might need was on hand, even including MUGS (not cups) so you can have a decent-sized coffee / tea!

Small shower, small TV and no bowl in kitchen for fruits or salad.

Location, in front of the sea. During the night you can hear waves and crickets. No mosquitoes. Very friendly and kind host Natalie. Apartment was spacious with its balcony and possibility to use one in front of the apartment. Good possibility for parking the car. Very quiet in the evening and still close to center. They clean every day and change sheets and towls every three days.

I liked everything. I got everything I expected.

Very friendly owner. The room is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very nice view from the balcony. Very good price. There was a cleaning lady every day. The location is good. Five to ten minutes to the city center. I am very satisfied. Thanks

Bathroom little, shower with tent you need to pay some attention with water to not go out.

Position, kindness, and help of the owner, clean and large room, parking place, cabinet, desk, kitchen, fridge, lights, balcon with sea view, air conditioning included, wifi, sun umbrella. Thank you!

Absolutely Nothing !

The location is perfect, quiet and 15 minute stroll to Argostoli Central Square and all amenities. The studio was immaculate and exactly as described on the website. Daily rubbish collection, bedding & towels every 3 days The air conditioning was efficient and quiet. Ample hot water and powerful shower. All appliances worked, all utensils fine Balcony with side sea view and sun all morning. Rear Terrace with table & chairs for breakfast in the shade + afternoon sun All very quite and peaceful, other studios mainly occupied by caring residents. Friendly daily maid service by Maria I cannot speak too highly of the owners, Natalie and Mike. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication from start to finish and regular visits by Natalie to ensure I had everything I needed and they provided all I asked of them. Exceptional FIVE STAR service and accommodation representing very good value. Will definitely be back. Les G (2 weeks from 12/09/22)

Lovely quiet area and view was nice. We didn't see the owner except first day, she seemed lovely. There is another lady from Ukrainian background that was charming and helpful

Firstly and most importantly to us, Natalie (owner) was excellent. Our passports were lost at the airport on our first day and she went out of her way to help us in any way that she could. From driving us to the police station to file reports, translating and holding pur hands the whole way through she was amazing. She helped us feel at ease through such a difficult time and really went the extra mile. We can't thank her enough for saving our honeymoon, and she will always hold a special place on our hearts. The room was perfect every day. Clean, nice furniture and good quality facilties (shower, air con, fridge, cooker etc) balcony was lovely and the views were fab. Location was brilliant, just a short walk to the centre and such a reasonable price too! The resturant opposite does amazing, affordable, greek food and we are really glad Natalie recommended it to us! We loved our stay and will return as soon as we can with our baby daughter!
