Room is very small although very nicely remodeled and very clean. We were on the third floor with very curvy steep stairs. The balcony is separated across the hall but an amazing view. The pictures online when booking do not show that. But we loved the location, the people and the view.

Great location. Close to everything in town. Right by Wind Mills and Little Venice. Short walk to bus station that takes you to beaches was great. It’s very clean and well kept. The owner is very sweet and gives you great information. The young man that works there picked us up at the airport, carried all our luggage up three flights of stairs. They are steep. And took us to the ferry port. Appreciate all their help. Loved the location.

The property is just few minutes from the main shopping streets and restaurants. Marietta was an excellent host and ensured that we were comfortable. The room was very clean and had all facilities including coffee maker, cups, glasses etc.

I would like to start off by saying Marietta set up for easy and quick pick up from the port (ferry drop off), which was a little messy but Yanis (the driver) waited almost 30 minutes extra because our ferry was late. Upon arriving, Marietta spent about 30 minutes giving us recommendations around the city for food, drinks, and nightlife; as well as recommending beaches. As for the room, it was amazing! Very clean, good amount of space, and had all the amenities that is stated in the description (and everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable). The AC worked very well which is much needed in those hot summer days. The rooftop veranda has a clear view of the windmills, ocean, and city! The location of the hotel is perfect! Walking distance right into little Venice and the old port. Everything we needed was within walking distance and allowed up to see everything in a timely manner. I will always look at staying with Marietta whenever visiting Mykonos.

We recently stayed at Marietta’s residence in Mykonos for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience! The accommodation exceeded all my expectations, particularly with its breathtaking view. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning panorama of the Aegean Sea and the picturesque Mykonos town. The residence itself is beautifully designed, combining traditional Greek aesthetics with modern comforts. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the island. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the balcony. During the evening, the sunset views were nothing short of magical. Marietta is a fantastic host, always ready with helpful tips and recommendations to make the most of your stay. Her warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Yiannis (her Grandson) was also lovely and helped us with our bags. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable view, Marietta’s residence in Mykonos is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Tight space, but doable for 2-3 nights

Clean and cozy. Quaint. Secure and safe with multiple doors to lock and a security camera at the entrance. Terrace on top floor was private and gave a great view with a great location

From the moment we first communicated until the minute we left the island, everything was perfect! Marietta is an exceptional host. The studio was spotless and incredibly comfortable. She anticipated every little detail—even things you wouldn't think of, like a makeup towel for the ladies! Marietta goes above and beyond for her guests; she even offered her own place to travelers who arrived early, while she spent the night on her office couch. When we arrived on the island, she helped us carry our luggage up the many stairs of Mykonos. When it was time to leave, she didn’t rest until she ensured we made it to the port on time. Without her help, we would have missed our ferry! I could go on and on about how great a host Marietta is and how beautiful her studios are, but you really should visit for yourself to find out! 😊

Our room was bright and spotlessly clean. Amazing views of windmills, sunset over the water and Little Venice from our roof deck. Main bus station Fabrika , shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We appreciated having a fridge freezer and coffee maker plus jug. Marietta is such a lovely host.

I give Marietta a TEN PLUS The location The BEST easy walk from the bus station Fabrika In the heart of the town near everything, yet very quite. I had the standard room which wasn't standart at all. It was perfect All in white , with a soft spa bath rob and slippers , an espresso machine Small fridge , 2 bottles of water and a great bed. SO CLEAN But the BEST of all is Marietta the owner A warm , loving , friendly lady Takes pride in her little hotel Cares about each guest Will go the extra mile to make the guest comfortable She offered to pick me up from the airport which was great Explained me in details what to do where to eat , and to which beach to go On the first night I got lost and couldn't find my way back to the room I called her and she came to pick me from where I was with a smile She is so Greek Happy, loving , warm lady Great place to stay The Best

The studio unit was very clean and lovely. It was just steps away from restaurants and shops. The upper terrace was perfect for breakfast or dinner. From our arrival to our departure, Marietta treated us like family. She picked up us from the airport herself and drove us to the unit. She provided reliable recommendations for her favorite restaurants and beaches. We look forward to returning to Mykonos & staying at Marietta's place again soon. Thank you for a great stay!

It was the perfect location steps away from the city center, shops, restaurants and the windmills. It was also a very short walk to the bus transport to the various beaches. It was also tucked away from the noise at night and very peaceful. Marietta, our host, was amazing and provided us with all the information we needed. She was very responsive, warm and super friendly. The room was very clean and nicely appointed.

First of all, the hostess, Marietta, is such a sweet and caring person. She made sure that all of our questions are answered and gave the best recommendations for things to see and places to eat at. She is at your disposal ready to help all the time! Second, the rooms were spacious and clean with lots of light. They were very nicely done and have an airy feel to them. She is a very clean woman! Last, the location is sooo convenient! So close to the main bus stop, Fabrica and so close to the main shops and fun area!

Marietta is an exceptional host and her premises are in a great location on the edge of town near everything. She spends the time on arrival to warmly welcome you and give you a map with recommendations. The rooms are pristine and are serviced daily with care and detail to cleanliness. Unable to fault this great hotel. Bravo Marietta and your staff for the presentation and your enthusiasm to ensure your quests are looked after. A lift to the airport was unexpected but very much appreciated. Please don’t hesitate to book this hotel if I get the chance I will return.

No dislikes for me at all. Room and location were amazing!

This is a beautiful room in an amazing central location. The room is in fantastic condition with new modern bathroom and shower. It is also a very quiet room. The access to the balcony is also great with a spectacular view of the sunset. Marietta was also very helpful giving great tips on where to go to eat and what to see on the island. I would highly recommend this room.
