Our stay in Akti Kalogria Hotel was really nice. We have visited the Kalogria Beach almost every year and we always wanted to stay at Akti Kalogria Hotel but couldn't find any available time but we made it this year. The room was big enough even for 4 people. Complementary tea, coffee at the mini bar area. Safe box, hangers enough for 4 people. It's not listed as it has breakfast option but you are able to order it for 10 Euro per person and the variety of the foods are more than enough. But the best part was the staff. We really thank all the personel but especially to Ms. Irina for her effort. She was the delight of our stay. Definitely recommended

Very small refrigerator. At the end of season, beach bar closes at 7pm. No restaurant in walking distance.

Great, polite and friendly staff. I have booked wrongly my reservation and they managed it properly. Incredible view from the terrace - perfect for sunsets. The apartment is just few steps away from the beach. Very cozy, clean, spacious and comfortable.

There is not much to do around the hotel. No place for kids to play. No shops or restaurants close by, except for the beach bar next to the hotel, which still has some food options. We had to drive to Nikiti for dinner each night. The room has a small fridge, so there is not enough space to keep food. Also there is no stolve, there is a kettle however. The beach is beautiful but small and very crowded, so you will have to make sure to get up early in the morning to find a spot in the free section. It gets vey crowded around the hotel, since there are a lot of parked cars.

The room is big, new and beautiful. Very close to the sea, you can go to Kalogria beach, in front of the hotel, the beach bar Moa is nice and not high prices. You can also walk to Spathies beach, more relaxed without beach bar. Breakfast is not included in the price, but they can prepare it for you prior booking and it is very nice. The best is the staff, efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you Irina for being so sweet and for your good recommendations. Efkaristó poli!

Comfortable large double bed. Cleaned daily. Plenty of pillows, towels etc. Staff very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was very laid-back, kind of an 80ies relaxed feel, which we enjoyed a lot. We were two families staying in adjacent rooms and loved being able to eat our own breakfast at the communal tables just outside the lobby. Would love to go back again!

This a perfect place for one or two nights to enjoy the kalogria beaches. The hotel looks old and a lite renovation doesn’t help to give at this hotel the image of a old child colony. We liked anyway the this eighties looks like atmosphere. The staff is great and very helpful.

There are no shops and eating out options are very limited as there is only one bar that also serves food near the hotel.

The accomodation is near one of the best beaches in the area, recently renovated with spacious rooms (most of them have sea view). Other features worth mentioning would be: comfortable bed, spacious balcony, daily cleaning/ towel replacing etc., free parking on the hotel premises (really useful as it gets crowded regarding parking spots). Its worth staying here at least a few nights. Great value for money overall.

There are no possibilities for food nearby except of the beachbars that have rather small menu's. The closest city Nikiti is the nearest place for dining and for evening kids entertainment.

Awesome location and beautiful view from the big terrace, just a few steps from the beach! The room is good size for a family, and the king size bed is with a good dimensions 180-190. Aircon working perfectly, in the night there are no discos and bars so everything is quiet so you can get a nice rest.

Unfortunately no full board option and the breakfast option is expensive. The "lunch box" breakfast option it is too pricey. BEWEARE: there is no hotel beach! You can use public part of the beach (which is great)! No sunbeds and no sun screen included in the price!

The location on Kalogria Beach, Sythonia, Khalkidhiki, Greece is excellent. Clean, updated and functional hotel with decent size rooms and own parking (very important during week ends and during top season) and friendly staff speaking multiple languages. The beach is one of the best sandy beaches in Greece (Blue flag beach). Calm waters, breeze all the time and the beach is excellent for kids and families. Turquoise sea waters and the best sunsets ever! Unfortunately, there is no sun beds and sun screens for the hotel. Renting one in the nearby beach club is worth a "fortune". The hotel is a bit more expensive for two star hotel, but the location is top rated. We visit this hotel some years ago and it was outdated, but now it was great!

It's far from the center. There is no own beach.

The photos are very misleading . The hotel is not on the beach. The photos of the beach bar lead you to believe its a part of the hotel. And no its not.

The entrance hall and reception zone look empty and give the feeling that the hotel is under construction or is about to close for winter...

The hotel is located on the perfect beach, management and staff extremely helpful. Quite tired hotel, needs renovation. Breakfast was not served because of end of the season, but there is a big beach bar next to the hotel, where You can have coffee and something for breakfast.

There is no taverna within a walking distance, but the beach bar MOA, it's staff and food were super!

Fantastic hotel - one of the best beaches on Sithonia, the room was spacious along with the terrace, it was very quite and really nice at night as people come here only during the day, the receptionist Katerina was especially friendly so we felt like home!
