Everything was good at Mandrino Hotel..İt was in the middle of city center, very clouse to train station and see side..And, clouse to nice restaurants .

Nowhere to park easily to unpack bags or get picked up. Room was small. Shower was tiny even for a small to average sized female. Aircon air flow was unable to be turned down so we had strong air blowing on us all night.

Great central location within walking distance to main square and waterfront. Staff were friendly.

The hotel has no parking, it offers you the possibility to leave your car at a private parking lot, Alexandros, for the price of 30 euros per night. When we arrived in front of the parking lot, a gentleman with an aggressive and arrogant attitude, without any explanation, asked us to take our luggage and hand over the car keys, in order to park it. I don't think it's normal to hand over the car keys like that without any explanation The hotel should redirect to another sharing We parked 600 meters away - Grand Parking, where it was cheaper, friendly staff and a large and airy parking lot.

Bed was very soft. First room was too small and stuffy, no view. Thank goodness my friend asked for an uopgrade. Shower was not fastend to wall properly

Good location. Asked for an upgrade to a room with a balcony and that was granted. The room without balcony was too small and too stuffy and would not have been satisfying. Hot shower, pleasant decor.

the breakfast could be improved however it was good value for money! the room was also a little small however as mentioned, very good value for money and was worth it for the convenience of the location.

location was perfect. easy to walk to everything and easy to find as well. check in/out was an easy process and after calling ahead to alert reception we were arriving early, our room was also ready before the check in time.

The toilet had a weak flush (it doesn’t fully flush) and there was limestone next to it and dust on the walls. If you looked at the room’s details, you would find many aspects that could have been worked on.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable, so we could rest well.

There are no wardrobes, but some kind of external construction has been made. Considering that we only stayed for a day, it was not a problem for us, but for a longer stay and a lot of things, it would be a little more difficult.

Excellent location of the hotel, we checked in easily. The staff is very friendly and smiling. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent with a sufficient selection of food.

Great hotel, in the heart of the city. Parking nearby, 50m from hotel, costs 25 Euro, but the parking is safe and open 24/7. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice views. A little noise from outside since there are always people revving up engines. Nice place to start exploring the city.

The location is great. Public transport is in front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Many bars, food places and atractions are in walking distance.

We struggled a bit with the small bathroom as well as with the noise from other baths from the upper floor but got over with. Area is a bit noisy if you keep the door open, but wake you up for an early start for the day in Thessaloniki 😀

Great location, close to all the must see attractions within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and clean. We had a small luggage, especially prepare for transit as space is small.

The bed was too soft for our taste. Because of the mattress we were gone with a backache, In rest, was fine. Of course taste is different, from person to person. I told you my opinion.

Low nr. Of parking sports The room is private even tho it sounds extra, it isn't, It's very small and old, I would say. The jacuzzi was not clean, when i tried used it, all mess was thrown in the water. Very small room, small bathroom. The deluxe or superior how was the other room called, was looking a little better than the private room. But I'd say all rooms need a retouch.

The breakfast was poor. Do not worth it, I recommend not to add it in your room even when it seems to be cheap. You can get something much better for the same price or even cheaper outside the hotel. Also the staff in the breakfast area were not that polite, I would say the opposite.

Location was excellent close to anything you need from Thessaloniki. The room was good, with a nice view and the reception staff was excellent.
