Bathroom not cleaned and hasn't cosmetics not at all. Breakfast is poor and same every day. The hard smell, in bathroom, from the kitchen.

The room and the view; the restaurant has a very good food. The hotel is lucky with Chris, Robert and the Boys team.They are doing a very good work!

You have to Pay for sun bed even if staying at hotel but you get reduced rate. Still worth it because good location and Roberta will look after you.

Room was not cleaned properly. Walking barefoot in the room and could feel the dirt… issue in bathroom which made it smell of sewage / leak from the roof. Cleaner not very friendly when we informed her of this.

The location is perfect - right in centre of Laganas, close to clubs and restaurants and right on the beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, air conditioning was amazing and a nice balcony area.

We made a room reservation on the website without understanding and knowing that the room entrance door was at a narrow passage corridor of the entire hotel, Everyone who passes by makes a noise that disturbs the night even at 5 in the morning, Especially with the teenage guests(families usually guests there) I notified the staff manager and after two days free of charge he changed the room.

Brilliant choice in choosing to stay at Mandala seafront suites while in Zakynthos. Perfect location in the heart but away in the seafront as to not feel right in the thick of it. My room was large, clean, modern and to top it off a large verandar to lounge on my sunbed and take in the gorgeous weather and views of the ocean. The breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant delicious! This hotel not only offers all that you hope for but also has very friendly and helpful staff, to greet you each morning and home upon returning from your daily adventures. Would definitely stay at Mandalas again, if I were ever to return to Zakynthos !

There was NO Wi-Fi when I asked about the problem we were informed there had been NO Wi-Fi for the past 3 yrs and they had to use a special machine to process checks etc They offered no solution to the problem which caused problems for us communicating with other properties etc for the continuation of our vacation just to name one problem They didn’t make up one of our beds and we asked for sheets and said they would bring to our room , which never happened so we went and got them late that night . It was run by very young people and didn’t seem as though they had any direction .

The location was convenient and it was beachfront The man in charge of the beach chairs , drinks , food etc was exceptional . He was very friendly and remembered our names

Everything was perfect. Mandala is a frontsea restaurant with beautiful suites in Zakynthos. We enjoyed the position, the view on the beautiful Laganas bay, the kindness of all the staff, especially Roberto who was always kind, very nice and friendly with us. The food and the beverage was great, with a very high quality and efficient service. In front of Mandala there's the private beach which offers the possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas for 10 euros/day. Near Mandala there are a lot of clubs, pubs, restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets. There are also tour agencies that offer the possibiliy to visit the most beautiful and suggestive places and landscapes that we have ever seen in our life, such as the Navagio shipwreck beach and the Blue Caves. Mandala is a synonimous of relax, quality and well being. For sure we will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable and memorable. Bianca and Diego.

There were some issues which I will not list in full detail, as I think that for the price we paid and the positives mentioned in the first section far outweigh the minor inconvenience they caused to us. Just to be correct most of these issues were due to end of season disrepair (you obviously don't have time to fix broken tiles or a few not working electrical sockets). We didn't have (or didn't find?) a hairdryer in the apartment either which is listed in features, but we didn't care at all in the 30+ degree weather. Probably if we mentioned it the helpful staff would have gotten one for us.

The location is unbeatable. Right next to the sea, and at the end of the main road of Laganas. You can hear the sea in the night and watch the sunrise from your private sunbeds of your spacious glass balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior design is luxurious, the space felt huge, more than what is listed in the details. There is plenty of room in the walk-in shower, the bedroom also has access to the balcony and plenty of room to move around. The main kitchen-diner-livingroom area is as nice as in the pictures. No fishy tricks with lenses to make it seem bigger than it is. We stayed in the 2nd level penthouse suite with no other apartments on that level. It had lift access, we could move easily and with privacy to and from our apartment although sometimes we could see into the back/kitchen area of the restaurant which is where the ground level access of the lift is. The housekeeping made the sand we carried up disappear each day and changed all our towels with only meeting once (although we spent most days on the beach). The breakfasts were nice with the enough choices that we only felt we needed to eat somewhere else 1 or 2 times during our 9 night stay.

Not what you expect when you arrive there, on the beach it's only the restaurant/breakfast, the "hotel" is in another building from the behind. The rooms are not properly cleaned and sometimes the towels didn't look that clean either, they may have been just too old/used. It's renovated quite recently but with very cheap materials and build quality, the bathroom was pretty awful to be honest and needed some extra cleaning + some funky smells sometimes. The wifi worked only on the balcony, the AC remote failed on us twice and you don't have nothing to hang the wet clothes on the balcony. The bedsheets are too small and you always end up staying straight on the topper (it was 2x single mattress and a double topper above), not that hygienic either. :) The breakfast was one of the worst which we have ever experienced, extremely cheap and nothing changed during our 7 nights stay, the only thing they did changed was the omlette, everything else was the same (same one type of everything else), the glasses for the water/juice are made from plastic and not glass, the cutlery was staying overnight outside in the breakfast area and are not covered from the dust/etc. When you come from the beach you don't have where to wash you feet. If someone talks on the hallway you will hear everything, the door has extremely poor sound isolation. Overall a bad experience and totally not worth the price.

Located directly on the beach (probably the one of the worst beaches from Zakynthos, but that's another discussion), short distance to the main attractions in Laganas. Fairly large room and balcony.

The music from the restaurant was on till late and kept us awake , but it wasnt a problem to us.

This is possibly the best place i have ever stayed in. It should be a 5 star not 3. It was right on the beach, we had a suite which overlooked the beautiful sea. The staff wete exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! The bus and taxi stops were right outside the front door and only 15 mins from the airport. I could not fault this place. Roberto who was front of house is amazing, mirra and the team of waiters were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and went out their way to make our stay the best and made sure we were very safe.
