We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, rooms were clean and neat with comfy bed and large balcony. The breakfast was amazing, lots of delicious things to choose, including Greek pastries. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool and surrounding facilities were spectacular. Highly recommend this place if travelling to Thessaloniki.

Czech RepublicStains on the carpet in the room, which doesn't look pleasant, difficult to open the balcony door. The service will not refill the water in the room. A smaller package is available in the fridge or a larger one in the restaurant bar, but for a fee. Which, in proportion to the price of the room, is very laughable. The hotel has a sauna, which is included in the price of accommodation. But he won't indicate that he is outside the hotel anymore, which would be fine, but waiting 15 minutes for service is not representative for a 5* hotel. The sauna is for about four people, which doesn't correspond to the size of the hotel. Personal things cannot be locked in the dressing room, lockers are damaged, the walls in the dressing room are unclean. Cooling down is possible only with a shower. There is no rest room.
Very good breakfast, varied selection of food, very good service in the restaurant and at the reception. Hotel is quiet, good beds and pleasant access to the city center on foot.

GreeceThe price was rather expensive but I booked late and there was also a conference taking place in the hotel. I had to move room because of the conference and the room in the first floor does not have the same good view to the sea and also the room was a bit older.
Another excellent stay. Fantastic location, with the pedestrian street just in front of the hotel. The room with sea view and balcony (in the higher floors is great). The room is excellent, spacious, big double bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast is amazing with variety of savory and sweets. The restaurant is also very good with the open terrace.

United StatesConcierge helped us book train tickets —but for one leg of the trip she booked my husband and I in different classes and cars, vs. sitting together. Big mistake! Also only I bottle of water and 4 free coffee pods for 4 nights. A bit cheap for over $300/night.

BelgiumThe only down side with our room was that AC and ventillation in general. The bathroom was often foggy after a shower and the ventillation wasn't enough. The AC was a bit tricky to setup. This was a minor inconvenience and probably due to the building being quite old.
The location was great, close to the city and direct access to the boardwalk. The room was very comfortable with a great sea view. The room service was excellent. The breakfast had a very large selection of food for everyone to enjoy. The swimming pool was nice as well.

The Hotel is very nice with spacious rooms. It was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants all around. The swimming pool is good but small.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. The breakfast was great. So much choice and space. The room was a decent size. The balcony was sunny. The aircon worked well. The bed was comfortable. I can't think of anything that was off or wrong.
