It was too far away from beach, port and shopping area and no restaurants close by for dinner when we arrived. Taxi from port was expensive, 30 euro for 4 of us, a 5-7 minute drive - would be too hard to walk it with luggage.

Spacious and clean, the spa was good although strong chlorine smell at first but got used to it. The housekeeper was lovely.

The walk from the port is 20mn and a bit hilly at the end but manageable. There was a mixup when we arrived and we were given a much larger room but the internet was quite slow and we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi inside the room (it wasn’t filled). We told the owner on the evening of the second day (out of three) and she apologised but didn’t resolve the jacuzzi issue.

The pool on the terrace is amazing, with a beautiful view of the sea and nice sun chairs. The inside of the room had a luxurious feel with beautiful decor. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice and very spacious, with a beautiful massive walk-in shower (and another separate shower). The owner was nice and quick to answer on WhatsApp. The beach that is 10mn away is absolutely beautiful at sunset and has nice restaurants.

- Rooftop had a pool accessible all day, but not that well maintained. Some sunbeds and beanbags around and that's about it. No bar/minibar or background music. - Although I liked the jacuzzi idea, it wasn't well executed. Takes a long time to heat up, around 2-3 hours and it's only one person at a time although it's pretty big. - My biggest issue was the internet. Barely working. You wouldn't get to load anything despite the fact that the rooms have smart or semi-smart TV. Such a shame. To add salt to the injury, in our room called Mystique I couldn't even get signal so not even data to watch a video on YouTube on my phone. Maybe management could look into the WiFi issue. Otherwise it is pointless to advertise it. - The mini safe in our room was locked with the keys inside, I did asked Vera if she could open it and unfortunately she didn't know. Apparently they were new. Even if the safe was open, it wasn't secured in place so you could just take the whole thing with you. - Last thing would be the lack of reception. I understand the concept that this boutique hotel is running but there was no information on how to check in or out. Your only point of contact was Vera the cleaning lady, again, lovely lady. It is a lovely place but it's not worth 150 euros a night!

First things first, I got to praise Vera, the cleaning lady. She was exceptional, kind, and attentive. The room itself was nicely decorated, with a nice balcony, equipped with a coffee machine, a mini fridge, some utensils, iron, and a hairdryer. The shower was one of my favourite things in that room. Cool idea with the jacuzzi next to the bed (good size bed and super comfy).

Unfortunately for us someone had parked their bike right outside our room on the street and this bike had an alarm on it which went off constantly even during the night which made it impossible to sleep peacefully.

No breakfast facilities. No reception area but person is waiting around for your arrival. The room was great and the outside pool was fantastic and peaceful. Staff were friendly.

Even though we have previously sent a message to the manager informing of our arrival time, when we reached the hotel there was no one expecting us and the hotel does not have a reception. The cleaning lady that took us to the room was just the most warming and nice person ever, but we expected some kind of contact from the managing team and that never happened (we didn’t even knew how we should make the check-out or clarify some questions about the payment).

The room was just like the pictures: well decorated and with everything necessary for a short stay. The pool at the rooftop is also very comfortable and the location of the hotel is just a small walk away from the center.

I didn't like that there wasn't a reception. It would have been nice to be provided with a map as I got lost coming home from the beach one day. It's a little far from the port, it's definitely walking distance but felt far when doing the walk everday. There's no restaurant so you have to go out for coffee and breakfast every morning. The rooftop pool was very underwhelming and looked neglected. The hot tub in the room was more like a cold bath. The jets barely worked. It felt overpriced for what it was.

I loved the room itself, great amenities with slippers and a robe. The room was very comfortable and pretty decor. The shower was spacious with great pressure. There is a bus station just down the street that takes you to all the beaches.

Very clean and only a short walk into the centre. Perfectly located for the bus that running to beaches (Prokopios/Anna/Plaka) The lady who maintained the property was also lovely and a bundle of energy:)

Internet connection was poor. Location is fine but would require a scooter. Not recommended for auto, since the street is narrow hence no parking space.

Large key fobs were awkward for pockets.

María was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and hotel are beautifully styled. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. It was a short walk into town. Close to large parking so you can avoid the narrow streets if you rent a car. Rooftop pool provides a lovely area to chillout.

It sometimes got humid in the room having the jacuzzi on - (which we loved) but we had to have the doors open a lot to air the humidity out which led straight onto the street.

Lovely & clean, great location, friendly/helpful staff. Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom was really nice. Quiet. Lovely pool.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures and the balcony was overlooked by the building facing which was about 2 metres away. Plates and cutlery were supplied and there was a kettle, fridge and good coffee machine but very little room for any food prep.

The property is in a good location, very close to town, beach and the port. Restaurants and supermarkets all very walkable, Maria was very helpful and responsive. The bed was comfy and although it was so close to everything it was quiet so conducive to a good nights sleep. Pool area on rooftop was very pleasant. plunge pool with comfy bean bag loungers.

If you rent a car, municipal parking is 2 min away but typically full. Parking situation in Chora is horrendous.

I booked this place based on 3 things; the rooftop pool to chill out for sunset, the reviews that mention it's 10 to 15 minutes from the town and that the owners are really helpful (it's always nice to have a locals suggestions) None of these things were true. I messaged the property on booking.com as soon as we'd booked (3 days before our arrival) to ask about how to get from the port to the property and recommended boat trips but heard nothing back. The next day I WhatsApped and was told the location is 10 minutes walk from the port. I was worried I had the wrong address so screenshot Google maps showing the 21 minute walk and asked if that was the correct address and was told "yes". A little confusing and also ignored my question about any help in terms of boats etc so I left it. On the day we arrived, as we were on the ferry I had a message from another WhatsApp number giving me a different address (if I didn't have data we'd have turned up to the wrong address it was so last minute). This address was a 14 minute walk from the port. The owner explained she moves people to the nearer one if she can but this means the reviews you read aren't based on the place you're booking. It was a bit of a chaotic start in terms of communication but we were happy. The pool area at this other property was smaller and I'd read reviews about pigeon poo around the pool but hadn't taken much notice. We went up on our first day and there was poo all down one side of the pool that looked to have been there some time. We got in for a dip but 3 pigeons kept trying to get in so we left as we were worried about the cleanliness of the water if pigeons are often in it and all the built up poo! We did pop up on the third day and the poo was still there. It was a real shame as I would have booked a different property if I'd have known this place didn't have a usable pool.

The room itself was nice with a comfy bed and good shower.

It's not the hotel's fault, but I recommend not leaving anything on the balcony unattended, as 2 bikinis were stolen from me.

Very good hotel, with a good location (about 12 minutes walk from the center) and a small parking nearby, good for us who rented a car. The room was excellent, very spacious and beautiful with all the necessary amenities: great bed, pillows and tv, a hydromassage bath, water and coffee, a nice bathroom (excellent hair dryer), all in typical greek construction, but modern and beautiful. The host Yannis was very friendly. I really recommend this hotel for stay in Naxos.

When typing in this hotel into google maps it takes you to one in the city. Upon getting there we were informed that we booked one by the same owners about 1k away (10ish min walk further to everything). The other hotel which she said we booked was labelled mystique. I suggest opening the location from booking.com rather than googling where this place is..

Check in was strange, nobody was available when we arrived (we were late because of a ferry delay) and there was no sign or info on who to contact. When we arrived in our room, our hot tub was cold and the lady explained it would need 4 hours to heat. In reality it took 8 hours before it reached temperature. One of the Light bulbs in the room was not working properly.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the style is in keeping with the location. It is close to town but not in the more touristy area.

Pool area was a bit grubby. Sunbeds around the pool were worn and super old. Didn’t make you want to really lay on them! Jacuzzi in the room felt weird. We didn’t use it but there was water bugs in it, which made it feel unhygienic. There was also pink bacteria marks around the jacuzzi too.

Bedroom was nice enough, apartment was quiet. Wasn’t too far away from the centre.
