It was too far away from beach, port and shopping area and no restaurants close by for dinner when we arrived. Taxi from port was expensive, 30 euro for 4 of us, a 5-7 minute drive - would be too hard to walk it with luggage.

Spacious and clean, the spa was good although strong chlorine smell at first but got used to it. The housekeeper was lovely.

The walk from the port is 20mn and a bit hilly at the end but manageable. There was a mixup when we arrived and we were given a much larger room but the internet was quite slow and we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi inside the room (it wasn’t filled). We told the owner on the evening of the second day (out of three) and she apologised but didn’t resolve the jacuzzi issue.

The pool on the terrace is amazing, with a beautiful view of the sea and nice sun chairs. The inside of the room had a luxurious feel with beautiful decor. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice and very spacious, with a beautiful massive walk-in shower (and another separate shower). The owner was nice and quick to answer on WhatsApp. The beach that is 10mn away is absolutely beautiful at sunset and has nice restaurants.

- Rooftop had a pool accessible all day, but not that well maintained. Some sunbeds and beanbags around and that's about it. No bar/minibar or background music. - Although I liked the jacuzzi idea, it wasn't well executed. Takes a long time to heat up, around 2-3 hours and it's only one person at a time although it's pretty big. - My biggest issue was the internet. Barely working. You wouldn't get to load anything despite the fact that the rooms have smart or semi-smart TV. Such a shame. To add salt to the injury, in our room called Mystique I couldn't even get signal so not even data to watch a video on YouTube on my phone. Maybe management could look into the WiFi issue. Otherwise it is pointless to advertise it. - The mini safe in our room was locked with the keys inside, I did asked Vera if she could open it and unfortunately she didn't know. Apparently they were new. Even if the safe was open, it wasn't secured in place so you could just take the whole thing with you. - Last thing would be the lack of reception. I understand the concept that this boutique hotel is running but there was no information on how to check in or out. Your only point of contact was Vera the cleaning lady, again, lovely lady. It is a lovely place but it's not worth 150 euros a night!

First things first, I got to praise Vera, the cleaning lady. She was exceptional, kind, and attentive. The room itself was nicely decorated, with a nice balcony, equipped with a coffee machine, a mini fridge, some utensils, iron, and a hairdryer. The shower was one of my favourite things in that room. Cool idea with the jacuzzi next to the bed (good size bed and super comfy).

Unfortunately for us someone had parked their bike right outside our room on the street and this bike had an alarm on it which went off constantly even during the night which made it impossible to sleep peacefully.

No breakfast facilities. No reception area but person is waiting around for your arrival. The room was great and the outside pool was fantastic and peaceful. Staff were friendly.

Even though we have previously sent a message to the manager informing of our arrival time, when we reached the hotel there was no one expecting us and the hotel does not have a reception. The cleaning lady that took us to the room was just the most warming and nice person ever, but we expected some kind of contact from the managing team and that never happened (we didn’t even knew how we should make the check-out or clarify some questions about the payment).

The room was just like the pictures: well decorated and with everything necessary for a short stay. The pool at the rooftop is also very comfortable and the location of the hotel is just a small walk away from the center.

Location was perfect. Quiet but within very easy walking distance to the beach and centre of town. Apartment was so clean and layout was perfect . Bed was very comfortable . It was all beautiful and exactly like the photos on booking.com Vera who serviced the rooms was so welcoming and friendly. Pool area was gorgeous and so relaxing with a lovely view.

I didn't like that there wasn't a reception. It would have been nice to be provided with a map as I got lost coming home from the beach one day. It's a little far from the port, it's definitely walking distance but felt far when doing the walk everday. There's no restaurant so you have to go out for coffee and breakfast every morning. The rooftop pool was very underwhelming and looked neglected. The hot tub in the room was more like a cold bath. The jets barely worked. It felt overpriced for what it was.

I loved the room itself, great amenities with slippers and a robe. The room was very comfortable and pretty decor. The shower was spacious with great pressure. There is a bus station just down the street that takes you to all the beaches.

Maria collected us from the port on our first day - the hotel was really close by so only took approx 5 mins. The rooms were tastefully decorated, very clean and confortable, the bathrooms had high quality fittings etc and were spacious. The location was excellent 5/10 min stroll to the bars, restaurants, old town (with lots of little boutiquey shops) beach, port and bus terminal. Buses were great approx 3 euros air conditioned coaches took you to all the local beaches etc, ran very frequently, tickets can be purchased from supermarkets but we always went to the terminal next to the port as they were often busy and you could usually get a seat at Great cliff jumping at Pyrgaki beach approx 50 mins away by coach. Island hopped to Mykonos for the day - approx 110 euros return so little bit pricey. For breakfast must go to the Street Cafe - short walk away as was Heaven. Dinner was great at Avaton beautiful elevated restaurant with views, Apostolis, Elliniko and Scirocco on the square all great too.

Internet connection was poor. Location is fine but would require a scooter. Not recommended for auto, since the street is narrow hence no parking space.

The room was very cute, lots of extras that made the stay more comfortable like Nespresso every morning, robes, slippers, toothbrushes and soaps. The cleaning lady comes every day and does a fantastic job ! The host let us check out late and was super easy to communicate with :) would definitely book again.

Large key fobs were awkward for pockets.

María was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and hotel are beautifully styled. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. It was a short walk into town. Close to large parking so you can avoid the narrow streets if you rent a car. Rooftop pool provides a lovely area to chillout.

If you want to have breakfast included then you should look somewhere else, but there are many options around. It's around a 15 minute walk from the promenade.

Maria the host and owner was lovely and super accommodating. I wasn't sure exactly what time I will arrive and we communicated via Whatsapp. Room was spotless clean, very comfortable bed and all the necessary ammenities needed. Great pricing too!

It sometimes got humid in the room having the jacuzzi on - (which we loved) but we had to have the doors open a lot to air the humidity out which led straight onto the street.

Lovely & clean, great location, friendly/helpful staff. Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom was really nice. Quiet. Lovely pool.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures and the balcony was overlooked by the building facing which was about 2 metres away. Plates and cutlery were supplied and there was a kettle, fridge and good coffee machine but very little room for any food prep.

The property is in a good location, very close to town, beach and the port. Restaurants and supermarkets all very walkable, Maria was very helpful and responsive. The bed was comfy and although it was so close to everything it was quiet so conducive to a good nights sleep. Pool area on rooftop was very pleasant. plunge pool with comfy bean bag loungers.

A fabulous apartment! We received an upgrade to a Deluxe Room closer to the port, which had a hot tub. The room was fabulous, cleaned daily and had everything you need. Maria the host was very helpful and thoughtful. We were a five minute walk to the port area where all the restaurants and shops are. The rooftop plunge pool was handy after hot days walking around different parts of the island. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

If you rent a car, municipal parking is 2 min away but typically full. Parking situation in Chora is horrendous.

Stayed at the Suites bldg. Most excellent location, 5-min walk to everything in Chora. Modern architecture and decor, lots of natural light, balconies. Owner (Maria) and staff very friendly and helpful.
