We loved everything of Lunar Hotel! First of all it's a modern and well designed hotel, it's extremely pleasing coming back here after a day at the beach or around Creta. In addition, the warmth welcome and treatment you receive from the staff makes you feel home! I cannot be more thankful to the manager Tina and the rest of the staff, thank you for taking care of us! The room is spacious, nice and very clean, same goes for the bathroom! Breakfast is amazing, various and freshly cooked food served in a lovely area of the hotel. Last but not least the position is great: few meters far from the beach and the restaurants/shops area but very quiet! Grazie mille!

Not a dislike but perhaps come China cups in the room and glasses would be a bonus but we asked for them and they were given right away.

We booked a room on the day (due to having to check out of another local hotel which was terrible) and immediately on meeting the team we were impressed. The hotel: The room we stayed in was excellent, very comfy beds and huge balcony. Lovely bathroom and good shower pressure. The air con was not noisy at all! The breakfast is much make than a continental - fresh eggs cooked every day with sausages +/- more. With then a huge selection of fruit to follow, toast and yoghurt. We couldn’t eat it all it was amazing. The staff: What can I say, nothing was too much trouble. They were beyond friendly and kind and you could tell they cared about the guests. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Thank you so much for having us and the 8 wonderful nights / days we spent at your hotel!

I booked this hotel for my mother. She had the pleasure of staying at the Lunar Hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable – just 50 meters from the sea, allowing for easy beach access and stunning views. The hotel itself is either newly built or freshly renovated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room had all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning and other modern amenities. What makes this place truly special is the warm, family-run atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and you can feel the care they put into every guest’s experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with drinks and snacks in the room, a lovely touch that made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was another highlight. It is freshly prepared upon request, and every day offered something new and varied. We were even treated to snacks brought to the room daily, a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. The hotel’s proximity to the beach (only 50 meters!) and being located on the first line by the sea makes it the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax by the water. Overall, the personalized service, attention to detail, and the warm, family-like vibe make Lunar Hotel a standout place to stay. There is nothing to complain about this place.

This was the best pick that we could make for our stay in Crete - Hersonissos. The room was spacious, with a large terrace, sparkling clean, decorated very nice, in a modern way and with all the amenities needed (including hotel slippers). Also, a big plus for the comfortable beds, pillows and cozy towels. The owner of the hotel and the personnel were very friendly and helpful all the time and they responded to all our needs (eg.regarding breakfast). The location of the hotel is close to the seaside and to the restaurants and the bars from the area and also very close to supermarkets and we found easily a parking place every day, on the street, nearby. I definetly recommend this place.

Our room was on the main floor which was fine but you could hear every that was happening in the lobby, outside and even when the receptionist would sneeze. There was no wifi, and nobody cared to fix the issue. The beds were two twin beds that they made into a queen, during the night the beds would split. There was no hand soap in the washroom to wash our hands with just two small bottles of shampoo. I also didn’t realize until after I had booked but there was no pool. They afternoon/evening receptionist seemed nice but didn’t help in anyway with our concerns

The location was good. Breakfast was awesome. The day staff were very nice.

The TV remote didn't work for a day. When asking for replacement the TV was on language I couldn't understand and the remote was not working as expected. The WIFI was terrible and not functional.
