Rooms were extremely basic and not what you’d expect in a 5 star hotel.

The a la carte restaurants were mostly booked before we got there. The food in the main dinning room was good, but it was very repetitious every day. Breakfast and lunch were the same each day. The dinners did have some specials each night.

The pools and beach were great at super easy to get to. Everything was very convenient and the staff was great. The rooms were large and clean. AC worked well. And the taxi ride to Lindos was just a couple of minutes.

Beverages very poor quality with salty taste. Salt taste in water and juices and alcoholic drinks as it seems all mixed with salty water. Entertainment program not daily and very limited number of chairs. Beach with no toilet nor drinks and food nearby as part of all inclusive.

Location very beautiful sea view. Food at the buffet restaurant was excellent. Room Terrace was excellent.

All incl drinks were very bad - all soft drinks so weak - all tasted like fizzy water. Photos are deceptive - lots of pool are decoration only. Main pool is too small for number of people - can’t move as so many inflatables. Not enough sun beds. Hardly no entertainment at night. Nowhere nice to sit at night unless you pay for drinks in the main bar - lots of people sitting on sun beds!

Food was good in main buffet. Staff were helpful. Refurbished sea view deluxe rooms in bock 5 were nice.

I would suggest that the pool bars need refurbishment. The toilet facilities were not ideal. I feel that the pictures made the hotel look better than it really is.

Staff were amazing. The three thematic restaurants were super, food of a really good quality . You can book each restaurant once for the duration of your stay. Get in fast though as they book out. The pool bar was fine, had one lunch option daily. The alternative canteen style restaurant was grand and filled the gap . The Calypso Bar needs complete refurbishment. I would avoid if possible. The loud music was a little off putting at night- not ideal if looking for something a little more relaxing. I would recommend a walk to the beach as it is very convenient. Overall, the staff made the trip. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. Hotel needs some touch ups but overall a good experience.

The images I'd seen when booking and the actual hotel website did not represent what I had booked at all. When asking for a kettle or bath plug it could be a half an hour or longer wait. I had booked a family room and it was not clean and the room itself was extremely basic not what is sold online. THAT said, the hotel manager was very helpful and got me to a room that I was happy with.

The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The swimming pools are great. Hotel manager exceeded expectations after my disappointment over our room, the room we ended up with was BEAUTIFUL, and then exceeded my expectations.

bar staff were grumpy (apart from Maria), our beds were two single beds pushed together which kept sliding apart, entertainment could be better and some for adults, we struggled to book the al a carte restaurants as they were always busy.

Great cleanliness, food selection was good, plenty of sunbeds, our swim up room was nice, great location.

when dining in the booked restaurants they will not allow you to take your drinks in with you and they charge you for their drinks which are fetched from the bar you get your free drinks from all day. There I are 3 bars 2 selling the local drinks and one where you have to purchase the drinks but these are premium drinks. the local drinks were cheap and nasty and I could not find anything to drink and resorted to buying a bottle from the supermarket down the road and add their soft drinks to it. The tiles around the pool areas are very slippy and it is an accident waiting to happen if it hasn’t already. there was a lack of entertainment from the animation team but it was the last week before they closed and I think they were already winding down.

The hotel was in a great location 2 mins walk from the beach. There are 6 pools to choose from one is an adult only and another with 6 slides. The food was ok but as with all inclusive hotels a little repetitive. apart from the main restaurant there were 3 others which need to be booked 24 hours in advance

everything-food was disgusting,can not call it 5* rooms mouldy,mattresses was dirty,stuff on the walls from the last people that stayed in there. staff was rude and couldn't even give service with a smile,very ignorant.Round the pools was very dirty,snacks from the pool bar was always cold couldn't get a decent snack at all,shop was over priced staff just stood vaping whilst your waiting to be served,wouldn't recommend this place the list goes on on how many things I didn't like,definitely wasn't worth the money,absolute shambles of a place

close to the beach. located near Lindos. the staff was helpful. we asked to move a different room, because it was a very bad smell from sewerage or sink..the rooms are basics and not worth the money that spend. we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Location was in the middle of no where if you like hotel based holiday then this is for you. Booked room with shared pool, not at all private beds on balcony are so close to the next room you may as well be led by the main pools, they should put something in between to make rooms more private. Restaurant like a rat race ques everywhere, one coffee station in such a big place, couldn’t get into other restaurants to book as fully booked. Roof top bar lovely where you pay for drinks but nice drinking out of a glass, plastic cups everywhere else and the AI drinks are terrible!

I sent this list to the hotel but never received a response. I have since added to it! Myself and my 15 year old daughter traveled together. I want to give you a list of problems we have experienced during our 2 day stay at Lindos Royal Resort. 1. The shower was so strong that it blasts water onto the floor. On our last night when we had been left with no towels my daughter slipped on the floor in the bathroom and went down hard onto her hip. I told the man at reception but he was not interested. 2. My daughter got locked in the bathroom twice as the door lock is broken. 3. There are glasses and rubbish on the window ledges along the corridor to our room. They have been there since we arrived. 4. Saturday we came back to our room at 6pm to find it had been cleaned but no bath towels were left. I came up to reception to ask for towels and she told me they would arrive straight away. I explained we needed them quickly as we had a dinner reservation. We waited and waited but gave up and had to use the bed sheet to dry ourselves after having a shower. The lady arrived at 7.20 as we were about to walk out the door! 4. The room needs a lot of attention. There is black dirt underneath the shower fittings. The shower head is falling off the wall. There is mess by the front door and the bottles of hair and body wash are placed on the side and not attached to the wall. The water has only been luck warm in the shower. 5. The pancakes in breakfast were cold. 6. There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I have never experienced before. If this is a 5 star rated hotel this is a minimum requirement. I have photographed everything. I booked this hotel believing it was a 5 star rated hotel. This is not like any other 5 star hotel I have stayed in before. It was awful! I requested for my concerns to be addressed before I post this but had no response from the hotel so here it is in black and white! Do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

The property is nice, but needs a lot of love and attention. Our balcony was full with ants, in the bathroom there is no toilet paper holder. The clean towels often came stained. The scale in the room had no battery, as well as the soap dispenser near the tap was empty/not working. We had to ask several times to get things done. Funny thing, our main lamp in the room kept turning on during the nights several time, we couldnt get it fixed. It was probably connected to the room above or next to us as well. The included drinks are all from the machine, we didnt like it.

We had a room with connecting pool, that was amazing. Private and not crowded. The rooms are nice in general, but not maintained and cleaned well
