Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceA slite problem in the bathroom that need to be fixed (apart the old fashioned decoration of this room) : some water is getting in the bathroom from the floor when you use the shower.
The appartement is in the heart of Fabrika. You're directly "in the mood". It's spacious and clean. The transfer service from the port/airport is perfect. I do not underdstand the very bad comments i've read...

Francethe information transmitted to find accommodation as well as the absence of a precise address in Mykonos did not make the task of finding accommodation easier. moreover no one was present to guide us and the people on the phone did not know this one. inside it, unpleasant odors were noted and the bathroom sink was partially blocked.

We arrived several hours after our allowed check in and the place had not been touched from the prior guests. The place was cleaned and ready for us about 5 hours after our allowed check in and once we contacted management.
The location and the rooftop is about the only good things about this property.

AustraliaEverything. This property was a joke. Pictures may look ok, but so many issues during our stay that were unresolved despite messaging and calling the host. We had many issues including really low water pressure which meant all taps did not work and we were unable to shower at night. Showers were cold and there was no running water. Although stated in property description that wifi was free at no point during our stay did the wifi work. On the rare occasion we had water, turning on the shower would cause the bathroom floor drain to flood wetting items of clothing. We attempted to contact the host about this issue, who ignored our messages. On the last night of our stay after a night at a local bar, we came home and we’re unable to use the key to unlock the front door as the lock was broken. We had to break in through the bathroom window to access belongings, including our passports, which we needed for the next morning. In addition to this, we requested a free transfer to our port to compensate for the issues that we experienced during our stay. We were told our transfer would pick us up at 8:30 am for our ferry and after waiting for 20 minutes it never showed at the designated pick up some. Because of this we were stressed and late for our ferry. We are extremely disappointed with the overall experience considering the large amount of money that we spend on this accomodation. I recommend looking at past reviews next time and booking elsewhere to avoid disappoint.

GermanyThe driver dropped us at the street, we didn’t know where to go and how to check in. We found the place messy and uncleaned. When we wanted to shower/use the toilet there was no water. There’s no usage of the kitchen (dirty and no amenities). No information on the check-out situation is given and no reply in the chat. Would not recommend, and especially not for this price.

United KingdomAdvert says no parking. In fact in pedestrianised area so you have to walk from Fabrika square to apartment. GPS co-ordinates given to find flat, no other identifying marks like number or name on apartment. Luckily we saw the cleaner. Toilet didnt flush when we arrived. When we came back later the whole cistern had been taken away and the front door left unlocked even though our stuff was there. We had to flush using the bin from the kitchen.
