The only thing was not including drinks for dinner. We didn't noticed this thing when we booked.

The staff were very friendly. They respond quickly to our request. The food was good and full of variety. The staff has made a small surprize for our daughter because she has the birthday. In general everything was perfect.

My only remark, or rather a recommendation to the hotel management, is to consider introducing a dress code for dinner.

We visited the hotel for the second time, and again we are very satisfied with our stay. Excellent ratio between the price and the quality of the service offered. Varied and delicious food, enough choice for every taste.

The umbrellas and the sunbeds are paid 12/15 EUR the set depending on the line. We bought umbrellas and were at the free zone after the first day. At the afternoon it is hard to find free sunbeds next to the pool since all guests are "booking them" by throwing towels on them. Also no outside playground for kids - there is one for babies at the beach which is under umbrellas and is dying hot. The inside kids playground is also for smaller kids - 2-3 yo max. The seafood at the restaurant was only cooked fish, I was hoping for shells, shrimps, squids...but it was tasty baked fish. The housekeepers were coming either while we were leaving for the beach 9:30 or at the afternoon - around 14 pm, which was not convenient for family with kids. The bathroom doesn't have a whole curtain or glass for the shower (1/2 only) so the bath gets wet everytime after showering.

The beach is amazing! It won Blue Flag while we were there! Fishes swimming around your feet, crystal water, clean sand. The food was also very good! Variety of salads, pastries, desserts, cooked food. The food in the tavern next to the beach was also very good, discount of 15% for hotel guests. Also place with gyros available there for 5 EUR the sandwich. The room was spacious enough for family of 4 - divided into 2 with sliding doors, 2 big beds (with the sofa). There was mini disco every evening, the kids were very happy. The pool had very warm water, I wasn't worried about the kids.

Access to the pool is too limited (10:00-19:00). There’s no drinking water included in the meniu for dinner. The ladies are changing the towels, the toilets and give you clean bedsheets but they never broom or swipe the floors…5 days with kids gets messy..

We recently stayed at the Lagomandra Hotel and Spa for 5 nights from May 1st to May 6th with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the picturesque town of Lagomandra and offers a serene and relaxing environment perfect for a family vacation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the hotel's lush gardens and the pool area. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy throughout our stay.

We spent there one night in May, hoping to have some spa experience. All basins of the outdoor pool contained unheated water of appr 18 Celsius. Inside you could only use the sauna for 30 mins for 10 Euro per person. The jacuzzi's water temperature was appr 26 celsius. This is not really what I would expect from a "Spa" complex. Otherwise a good hotel.

While the dinner options were plentiful, I noticed a significant emphasis on pork dishes with very few beef options. Additionally, there was a lack of clear labeling for the meats, which was frustrating. Many dishes seemed to combine pork and beef, which may not be suitable for everyone. I did communicate this to the kitchen staff, but unfortunately, there was no improvement.

The breakfast was excellent! The variety of food options was impressive, all fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the products Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

There is very limited vegetarian or vegan main dish options in the menu of its restaurants, and you quickly run out of starter/salad options after a few days. Bread & fruit options in the breakfast need to improve. Staff in general was very friendly and nice, but one person in specific (I think he is the manager, an older guy in the reception) was a bit rude and unfriendly.

Location is perfect, being the only hotel on a very good beach (organised, crystal clear water, lots of fish). It has almost everything you need in one place, activities at night, a couple restaurants, mini market. Room was clean and spacious, with a nice view. Parking was good and covered from the sun.

Sometimes we didn’t have a hot water in the shower. Often the outdoor elevator wasn’t working- we had to use the stairs with the baby in the stroller. Sun beds on the beach are not free - it’s 15e per day. Also the Spa is not for free it’s 10e per hour per person. The receptionist didn’t know the working hours of the animators and the playrooms.

We chose this hotel because it’s located on the beautiful beach Lagomandra with the natural shade and perfect sand and crystal clear water. Perfect for family stay. The room was spacious, we had everything we need, two tvs, two bathrooms etc, spacious balcony with the sea view. The complete hotel area is well organized and clean. The food was great - a lot of variety, I can say that we couldn’t get enough of sweets:) We had 4 days of bad weather but our kid spent time in the hotel playroom (outside and inside) and there was a lot of other activities planned for kids with the animators. The staff is so friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. What amazed us the most is WiFi coverage and quality- we had wifi even on the beach!

the hotel was on the mountain slope and it was difficult to get around the hotel. There was also a small parking problem.

The beach was as good as we expected. The breakfast was also quite nice. Location is great. We ate fish at the hotel's restaurant by the sea and it was very nice. I suggest you try their wines.
