Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomLack of bins in poolside toilets (toilet paper shouldn’t be flushed) will leave the rest to your imagination! Not sure the token system worked well for drinks…the all inclusive wristbands should have been enough. Neither of these ruined the amazing holiday we all had.
Spacious room, comfy beds and great view from balcony. Abundance of food…you can always find something to your liking. Restaurant Manager Jesse was AMAZING and went above and beyond to please. Cleaners worked hard and the Animation team were AMAZING too…the kids loved them! Multiple bars…the beach bar was especially nice to sit in the evening. Multiple swimming pools…some with activities and some quieter. All round…we had a brilliant holiday. Thank you

PolandService of drinks during meals is something that could be improved, especially breakfast cofee or tea. It was sometimes frustrating to wait so long, to get it served. Why not to introduce self service (cofee machines) as at many hotels?
Great location, clean rooms. Hotel crew was very kind and helpful. Food was also on a very good level. I totally recommend the hotel for a vacation with family!

United KingdomThe location wasn't great. There is nothing around to walk to. Bars/restaurants. You can get the bus but not reliable. We were with kids, and the bus was between 10-40mins late, which was hard with them. We had a marionette sharing pool. The walk was horrible. We were at the very top. Had to walk up around 40 steps and then a very steep hill afterwards. Not comfortable in high heat. We usually like a bath in our room, and it was wet rooms with showers Not a bad thing, just a personal preference.
The staff were very nice and helpful. Pools were great. There was lots of space around the pool but lacking in sun loungers. The food was good. Gyros and pizza at lunch were beautiful. Kids' disco was also good and lots of activities to be involved in.

FinlandLocation was a little bit far from airport and shopping areas as well. Air conditioner of the room could have been a bit more effective.
Hotel was all-inclusive and every breakfast, lunch and dinner there was plenty of varieties that tasted excellent. There were different theme dinners for example Asian and Italian. Kids table had always something they liked. Snacks like Pizza and Gyros were served during the daytime and those tasted great as well. Anything we needed from reception we got very fast. Special thanks and greetings to hotel manager who arranged juice to our kids because of the sad news we received from home. All service staff were very friendly, special thanks to restaurant personnel and bartenders, you had busy time every day but made great job. Entertainment was great, kids had face painting and mini disco 6 times per week. For adults there were shows like singing and dancing. Quality of shows were super and all attracted many hotel guests. There were enough (Several) pools so plenty of room to swim. Rooms were clean and they were cleaned every day. Beds were comfortable.

GermanyThere are sometimes no available sunbeds since guests put towels on sunbeds to "book" them but come much later or do not come. I believe there should be more strict rules on that.
Clean and spacious territory of the hotel. The sea is awesome and the beach is clean. The staff is very helpful. We didn't have any problems with WiFi. Buffet was fine and we really enjoyed the Greek restaurant.

FinlandThe best stay-cation for families with kids. Unlimited buffet, unlimited drinks, access to pool/beach, and daily events with activities. I don't think it can get better than this for the price that was paid. The staff is a highlight to this place with so much warmth and cheerfulness that they bring to their hardworking customer service. They really add a great level of cheer to a holiday at this resort.

FranceWe really struggled with the food options at the buffet. Don't get me wrong there was plenty of choice but it just wasn't for us. I am on a gluten free diet due to high intolerance and there was very little I could eat. My husband didn't really like any of the food choices at the buffet and ate mostly at the pizza and gyros bars, which were both very nice. Where our room was, was down a hollow corridor and the sound travelled, especially when the doors had to be slammed shut to close. We ate at the "speciality' tapas restaurant one night, would not recommend. Nothing like Spanish tapas and we left a lot of it as it wasn't great quality.
The hotel was very spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

EstoniaThe cleaning approach is very basic. There is some dust left in the room after each cleaning. Bed linen was partly changed after couple of remiders, toiletery set renewed after a call to reception, etc. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery and dangerous.
Pools and the beach are amazing. The food in main restaurant (buffet) is decent, fresh and great selection. Reception and restaurant staff is helpful and friendly. Territory is well managed and clean.

Very nice and large resort area with plenty of activities for children (playground, children's pool area, multiple pools, water slides, private beach, etc.) and a great animation team (guy arranging mini-disco etc. and lady at the children's miniclub). The private beach and beach bar were very nice and both the kids and adults loved them. The all inclusive food and drinkes were good (epecially the pizza place with wood heated oven), relatively simple but with excellent price-quality ratio.

DenmarkPools are not heated, but on hot days it didn't matter. Wifi was very poor in the room. Some of the food was overcooked. Bed was uncomfy but not the worst, and the overall state of things is not tip top perfect - but everything works. Two out of three specialty restaurants didn't have room for us, even though we were visiting at the end of season, and were told to book one or two days in advance - which we tried.
Great value for money, since the price is very decent. We had the Classic swim-up room and shared a large pool with four other apartments. Great pools, and the resort area is lovely - great variety in places to hang out and food options. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good and the bath water is possible to make very hot. Private terrasse with direct pool access and own sunbeds and parasol are a big plus!

LatviaWifi was good in lobby but in room was with interaptions. For social media and chats good, but if need to connect for few days to work then only from lobby was good connection. Could have been more activities for 2 year olds from animation team (There was coloring and puzzles) And I am not talking about activities that is happening in precises times but activieties that the kid can come when ever he wants. The girl from animation team who was taking care of colloring and puzzles didn't engagge a lot she looked unmotivated. She could have done more with kids, help and prepare pencils that they are sharp and throw out old ones. (Just take care of that spot). 2h from airport and Rhodos- good or bad? From my perspective it was good because away from all crowded places, but bad because in the price was not included transfer so we needed to take Bus wich was cheap 3.50 Euro + 7.10 Euro but with child it was not so easy. Alternatives was taxi wich was expansive ~ 90 Euros For me the water in kids pool was super cold, but for kids - they didn't even care that.
I am really happy that I choose this resort. Locations of the Resort is really nice with private beach. Friendlly for kids and nice pool for kids. Liked that there was Mini disko for kids at 20:30. The person who was taking care of mini disko was super cool. During the day next to kids pool was fresh backed pizzas and Gyross. Food in restorant was good - There was so many different dishes and the staff in restorant was awsom! Respect for all of them for all those smiles and interaction with clients. And there was fresh orange juice in breakfests. Liked that in Resort was a small Shop. Next to Resort is Bus station, and also there was a train on wheels going true Kiotari. There is really nice sandy beach for kids (Glystra beach)-20 min by walk 4 min with car. There is also beach in Resort but it was nice to change and go to different beach without rocks. My kid loved bouth of them. It was easy to drive with babby carriage true Resort. Has an opporrunitie to choose one restorant during the stay 1x and I loved Il Gusto restorant, but with 2 year old kid it was to hard to manage the dinner.
