We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot to provide access to old town, and new. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are incredibly welcoming.

United StatesWe had a great balcony looking out towards the Old Town, but it is above a busy street so we only used it early in the morning.
Helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent lavish buffet breakfast. Great location less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station and an easy walk to anywhere in the Old Town. Spacious, comfortable room and big bed. Bathroom is small but the shower is great. Staff is very responsive and pleasant. The hotel is very quiet with excellent soundproofing when the doors/windows are closed.

The hotel is great! It's close to the old town and easy to walk to other places. The breakfast is delicious, with several options. The room is comfortable and was always clean. The staff is very nice, they booked a tour for us to go to the beach and lent us towels. Every day we had a free bottle of water in our fridge.

We really liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff prepared a really nice surprise for us upon our arrival: a very delicious cake and champagne. We want to thank the hotel for this kind gesture, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and was cleaned up every day. The food in the restaurant was very good: the breakfast is delicious and diversified, with fresh ingredients. We also ate a-la-carte in one evening and we were blown away by how good the food was - I ate beef steaks in many restaurants in Crete during our stay, but the steak from Kydon Hotel restaurant was by far the best one.

RomaniaThe classic standard room is not for 2 people. The bed is very small, the room and the bathroom are also small. The breakfast was almost the same every day, so when spend more than 3 days there is quite boring.
It was nice to have a balcony, for people that smoke. The staff deserves a 10+, they know how to help people and make them feel good. The area is nice, downtown, close to the old town, but if you have a car this could be a problem, as the parking lots around are paid and not enough.
