We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaYou probably know when you book it in advance that it is a bit noisy surroundings with the traffic and music from the cars, but did not bother too much to be honest. Sleeping with old Air Con is little bit tricky because it is default directed to the bed.
Well located hotel, with the sea view, near the Port and Fort and near the main City Center streets. Staff was nice, approachable to all questions to solve. There is a cool thing that they have water refill station, where you can refill, no need to buy, as of course tap water is not drinkable. Room was solid with all facilities and cleanliness. WiFi connection was pretty good. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but solid enough.
