We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandNot a luxurious place; the building and facilities show their age. The location is somewhat noisy, between two streets with plenty of traffic. I recommend booking a room on one of the higher floors.
A reliable traditional hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet which opens at 6:30, useful for early departures. Location very near the old port, walking distance from the center of the old city.

This property has an excellent location to have easy and quick access to cloth the seaport and airport. A 2 minute walk has you in old town with all the shops and dining options available. The complimentary breakfast is good and includes good variety of fresh coffee, nothing out of an urn!

This is a friendly hotel near the city centre that is very good value. The room was not large but quite comfortable and we had a great side sea view of the Venetian Fort from our balcony. It was easy to walk into town, out to the Fort and to nearby restaurants. The lady at Reception was very helpful in helping us get parked outside the hotel for free.

Decent breakfast included in the price which contributed to making the hotel excellent value for money. Very comfortable bed. Altogether a pleasant experience.

Everything about our stay was very good indeed, very friendly and efficient check in, helpful staff when leaving (calling a taxi for us) the comfortable room with AC, the view of the sea, and a very good generous breakfast. The location is also superb.

CanadaRoom is very small. Bathroom doesn’t have a proper door. Instead it was two glass doors. There is a smell on the floor and in the room, presumably from the salt water.
